I totally expected to be out $430 for the flight but they gave us credit for the flight without any grief. When it turned out later that day I learned the flight was possible I called up to cancel the cancellation. They also did this without any grief or griping. I've enjoyed flying Delta for years and it's nice that when something went wrong they were there to help. Will happily continue to fly with them.
Tip for consumers:
They have massive (hours long) hold times, they aren't kidding that the app chat is WAY faster than speaking to a person.

International Flight, they provided a full credit refund which was acceptable to me since I intended to use their services again.
They're not upfront with their fee structure. You need to get a notary and the service they "partner" with is $25 which is fine if they disclose that to you before you hand over your credit card. They don't do that. So they get another knock of 1 star for being lying scumbags. All they had to do was say "Notary Required, $25 online option available" when they asked for my credit card and I'd have been fine with it. But nope they kept silent. Disgusting business practice.
Tip for consumers:
Their competitors might charge the same price but I was only given the information about the disclosed fees, they kept the hidden ones, hidden.
