Keep send email to them and their supervisor about your consumer concerns and expect them to give a date for resolution. Be sure to get a name otherwise you will find your concerns are put in a database and forgotten
I agree - something nefarious is going on. I ordered my birth certificate almost a year ago and recieved no response. I feel like fraud charges need to be filled.
