Has anyone been successful in actually reaching a person at "State Vital Records"? We are so furious right now.

I have never been able to reach anyone. They link to check status doesn't work either - the biggest scam.

To who those canceled who stoped payment did they send an email they reported this as a theft. What did you do about that?

Not to my knowledge has anyone been able to actually speak to "a person." I have, however, received an email response.
