Bought a birth certificate From them on April 27. I sent him an email to provide an update on April 28 and never received a response back. So I called my bank cancel my credit card and stop payment. And now they are emailing me wanting to payment. I purchased this as an expedited delivery because I needed the Birth certificate as quickly as possible. Till this day I have not gotten a certificate, so you're trying to tell me that it takes a month for expedited for certificate. I definitely think this is a scam.
