For the receipt of my last order, I received a shirt that was almost identical to a shirt I received before. Although the shirt is a very nice-looking shirt (casual blue long sleeve); a variation of color would have been nice. Thank you.
I'm a little disappointed because it's been over a week since I placed my order. I've been checking to see if there has been any update, and unfortunately, there hasn't. I would like to understand why there is a delay and when I can expect my order.

I started the subscription to build up my clothing needs. However, I would like to focus more on dress shoes, paints, and shirts in the future. The summer attire has been very good but I need clothing to were to work in the future.

My work demands I have a certain look but my schedule doesn't allow me to have the time to create a wardrobe. Stately has sent me 4 boxes. I have sent nothing back. They have given me the chance to wear many things I would have never considered otherwise.

Very seldom do I have to return any items. Usually I love them. But this month I had a shirt that I needed to return for a different size. Stately was great! It was easy to make the return and I received the new shirt very quickly.

I'm just over the moon about this company and it's customer service! I've been a member for 4 months now and have LOVED every piece of clothing I've received! My last order was damaged and wet upon arrival (usps). I let the company know and within minutes they were handling it! They set the standard for Customer service! I like the service and the cloths.The part I don't like is I find it difficult to understand the emails.i get them and it seems they are more for new clients than people who already have a plan.Everytime I try to navigate thru it it toy's to sign me up for a plan when I already am a member.

I suspended my June delivery and received confirmation it was suspended. I then received an order…with wrong sized items despite the profile not changing. I suspended my July delivery and received confirmation it was suspended. I then received an order confirmation. I have received almost exact items multiple times (including shoes, belts and shirts). I have requested repeatedly NO SWEATERS yet I received in the winter. You have lost my $300 / month.

First, I like paying and keeping what I get. For the most part I have liked the product and most have fit well. My biggest issue is I live in a warm climate state and in both June and July I received boxes with long sleeves and long pants. Obviously in a warm climate these are not appropriate in summer. I have now left two comments and still receive them. The clothes I have kept I am very happy with.
This is the first time in my adult life I am excited about clothes. Opening my Stately curated box is like Christmas morning as a kid. The best part is that I recieved compliments on my outfits regularly, and that has never happened in the past.

I wished the stylist would pay more attention to my profile pics for inspiration. They still have gotten a correct box that I do not need to send back for exchange.
I wish you can stick with the same stylist. I enjoyed my first 3 boxes so much. The 4th was lackluster except for my request of the suit. I asked for no floral patterns and got multiple items with them.

I kept stately for 6-ish months, and loved every minute of it. I am on a brief hiatus, but i will return one day! Thank you for filling up my closet with AWESOME cloths!
I do t feel the style of clothing g recieved is as nice as the advertised sets they show to draw you in. My last order they charged me $55ea for 2 shirts that are from super basic brands that were probably $10ea and a pair of no name canvas shoes that they charged more than the worth. They say you get $600 in clothes for $300 but the order I got today was about $150-$200 in worth. I'm going g to cancel. I can get better prices on my own.

I wear dress pants and a dress shirt 6 days a week. I thought I would try something different. Wrinkly shirts, tight fit, sleeves that aren't long enough. I guess that is why I pick out my own clothes. I will say, and I was open to wearing something different and I got that.

I have loved 99% of the clothes I have received. It has been a great addition to my wardrobe and I have gotten so many compliments on my outfits. The quality is amazing and the fit actually is great for a guy that is 6"2 and 280lbs. I recommended this to all my friends.

I'm mostly happy with the clothes I get, and they fit great. Some items are exactly what I notified them NOT to send me, like solid white tops. I also did not like the shoes, so I eliminated them from my account. I also wish the website had more infor.ation, like package tracking

Once they charge, you are paying no matter what. They charge your account, then send a text saying they are starting the box. No recourse, no refund, no chance to say no. This is a business model built to take your money, and the terms and conditions lock you in.
If you do decide to use the service, SET A NOTICIFACTION for yourself because they certainly won't.
Lots of potential here, but sadly the are not customer-focused. All that matters is that monthly charge and then you are locked in.
