So then I used a second card (us bank) and that one went through just fine. As soon as I left the drive up lane and reached to discover why my card got declined, they said the transaction was already processed both times using that card. I waited for the 3 pending transactions to complete. Once completed I called up Starbucks and told the girl I got charged 3 times for 1 drink, I explained the situation. She was nice and immediately refunded me 1 charge but not the other. She then had me email my situation along with pictures of proof from both receipt and transaction history from my cards. I waited 2 weeks with NO response. I called the customer service line again and got someone who hardly spoke English. I explained my situation (which she NEVER UNDERSTOOD) and kept saying I already had my refund, but only half of it. How does making 3 different transactions and only getting refunded for one my full refund. Then she kept bringing up a different day transaction that wasn't relevant to this specific day or time. She started being rude to me then hung up.

I purchases from them every single day for years, yes they have great drinks but what i did notice is you spend tons of money on their drinks and they charge you for every single extra item you get like an extra shot, extra whip cream, or vanilla etc. I buy 6 shots total on each drink and they give automatically 3 on a venti so i buy extra 3 shots but when you get the drink, they think you won't notice and dont give you the extra 3 shots which you had paid for. I also tip them but didnt notice i was ripped off until i left. I buy 6 shots everyday for years, i think i know what 6 shots look like in a drink. After a while i get so ticked off from being ripped off and this happens in every single store especially when they start getting to know you. Which does not make sense. I keep going back because honestly, im addicted to the caffeine and they know it. Not fair. They should stop ripping people off on their prices and what they order in their drinks
Never got a good cup of hot mocha from any Starbucks. Like they don't want to put any chocolate in drink, but tie a string around a bar of chocolate and dip it 3 to 4 times on cup and give it to you. As much as you pay, you would think they would figure out how to make decent cup of mocha
