Awesome SERVICE

I was very pleased with with this YOUNG LADY SERVICE she definitely has great energy and was very patient with answering all my questions. CANT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHE IS AFRICAN AMERICAN AND IS ON THE EASTSIDE. IN MADISON keep up the good work young lady

Their glasses are horrible and doctor is done via web cam. Sorry service. The glasses that is" buy one get one" is a selection of a total of 4 to choose from are so bad. Its is a joke!

Phenomenal customer service and teamwork
July 1, 2021

I just got my first exam for my first pait glasses on 75th and Dodge Street in Omaha Nebraska. Carol Anne, Alyssa, and Angie are awesome! I spent more time in there than I should've but working together they they made sure not only I made the right selection but that I would alsolook good in my glasses!

Bad customer service
September 22, 2023

I had to return my glasses twice,
One, was my diabetes was high and had a bad eye diagnosis, my fault.
Two and a half weeks later my glasses came back with the left eye prescription wrong.
Three, then waiting for two weeks, contacted customer service on 9-21-23 was told it got shipped yesterday and will arrive late Friday and I can pick it up Saturday. I called today to see if it will arrive before they close and was told it was not shipped and will not arrive till 9-26-23 Tuesday bad customer service, when you google Stanton optical customer review, it says BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO THERE

Why this place does not specify that you will be seen by a remote rude doctor or associate
It seems to me the remote person conducting the exam was reading a script.Never will go back to that place

Good service

I went to stanton in las cruces. Israel helped both me and my wife. He helped us get what the dr prescribed for us. It's a little pricey. But I guess it's about the same everywhere.

I went into Stanton Optical in Farmington, N. M. today and my daughter and I walked in and the employee behind the counter asked how can he help us and proceeded to tell him we were there for a replacement frame and had an appointment, he said something to the fact that he didn't ask why were there with an unwelcoming attitude. My anger level fired up and sternly told him "Don't be rude!" He didn't even say he was sorry and told us to have a seat. I was really trying to keep my cool, I immediately texted my wife and told her this guy is a JERK because I had to vent my anger this guy awakened in me. Luckily we were helped by another employee, and come to find out this idiot claimed to be the manager, what a joke. His character and his job title are in two different worlds, this idiot shouldn't be a manager of anything, he's still an immature little boy trying to play a mature mans role. His name is Michael Walker, he has no clue on what customer service is, I feel sorry for the store to have an employee that treats customers like he did to me. I've been coming to this store for a number of years and have always had a satisfactory experience, but today this IDIOT ruined it. I don't feel like coming back to this store anymore because of him and how I was treated by him. I will be contacting his boss and letting him know about his "manager." I hope Michael Walker wakes up one day soon and realizes this position of "manager", come with a whole lot more of responsibility than just opening and closing the store, it's all about great customer service, PERIOD.

Fist off 1 pair of glasses just under 400.00. Promised 2 weeks, also have the order print out that states 2 weeks. Called after 2 weeks. Promised a ticket to expedite order is written and a manager will call and update in less than 3days. So 10 days later-NO CALL. UPDATED TIME TO GET MY OREDER—WELL OVER A MONTH. CALLED AGAIN——-NEVER A CALL BACK. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE AND GROSSLY OVERCHARGE.

They are IDIOTS!

I made an appointment online. They are supposedly located in Vista Ridge Mall. I tried to call and find out where they were located in the Mall. The man who answered my call wanted to confirm I had an appointment, then gave me the address to Vista Ridge Mall. I went to the Mall, walked all trough it, asked peop;e if they knew where Stanton optical was. They did not. I called the number again and once more the man wanted to confirm my appointment. I asked him if he was in the store. HELL NO. It was some moron at corporate thate probably didn't even know what state I was in. DO NOT EVEN MESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I LOST AN HOUR OF MY LIFE TRYING TO FIND THEM

On 25 May 2021 I went to Stanton Optical in Sherman Texas to have an eye exam and order glasses. When I went to pickup the ordered glasses on 14 June 2021 and tried on the glasses, I told the technician that the prescription was incorrect since I could not see properly. I was told just wear them and see if it got better. The next day 16 June 2021 I returned to express the fact I could neither drive, walk or read with the furnished glasses. The checked the glasses and said what they furnished was not what was ordered and then did a recheck on my eyes, but even though they changed the prescription what they proposed was loaded into a holder via small round inserts to duplicate what they now said I should have. I still could not see properly with what they proposed and pointed out that in my current bifocal prescription the add section was not the same in both lenses and was told they would not do it that way. Since I could not read with what they offered I requested a refund. I was informed they would not refund the money, nor correct the prescription. They would not give me the results of the second eye exam. Not the doctor patient result I would expect.

DO NOT GO HERE!

Stanton optical in Sherman Texas!... This is the worst experience I've ever had getting glasses in the 45 plus years that I have worn glasses. I won't even go over the exam that did not make any sense. But when I got there to pick up my glasses I could not see anything through the glasses. Not even one thing. Then the manager / supervisor Matthew tried to convince me that that was normal, to not be able to see anything at all through my glasses. It was just ridiculous. And although I paid cash for them $200 I could not receive cash back as a refund. Okay so you have a policy. But then he couldn't understand why I was upset. The whole thing was ridiculous. I can't believe the experience I had. The horrible customer service I received. I certainly will not go back there. I will recommend to everyone I know not to go back there. I can only pray to God that I received my so-called corporate refund by a check. That they say I will receive in 2 to 6 weeks. So that's another no telling how long before I can be able to see now. Because I cannot afford to get glasses until I get that money back. But I'm sure they could care less about that. My family members that recommended the place they will not be going back there after this experience. But I'm sure Stanton optical does not care about that either. Of course I do not get reimbursed for the 240 miles for the 260 mile round trips I took for the exam or to pick up the glasses. Horrible horrible horrible place. Do not go there

I have waited 3 months for my contacts. I called 10 time for my shipment. I paid and my insurance paid, but I am still wearing the same contact from when I had my exam 3 months ago in March!
