So far my experience with Stackry has been exceptional. The site is easy to use, and actually quite intuitive.
I've tried your service for the first time.
The things I like about your service are all related to the speed of it. You are fast in showing items that you received. You are also fast in packing/repacking and preparing packages for shipment.
What I didn't like is related to the quality of your packaging. I was overcharged for this shipment. Because you used one of Amazon boxes I received. The box was big in size. And it my items were way less than that box size. You also used the air bubbles for no good reason. Most the items in my orders are disposable face masks and gym bands. None of these items are fragile nor need any sort of protection.
In addition to this, one of the folding pieces on top of the Amazon box is big to cover the entire box!
So the cost which I ended up paying was exaggerated in terms of volumetric weight. The unnecessary extra space in that box in addition to the weight of it, was totally useless and expensive.
I called your phone number before and after I made this order. You took pride of labeling your service as premium. While other companies who do repacking service use their own boxes which are neat and size-optimized, this reduce the unnecessary charges for the customers. No point in paying extra fees for international shipping for bigger boxes that are not needed in the first place.
Hope you take this into consideration and refrain from using original bulky boxes when you ship to your customers and rather use your own boxes which should be lighter in weight and smaller in size.
I'm really cautious to use your service again to avoid paying exaggerated fees for no good reason.
I would like to understand how an actual weight of 1 lb. becomes a billable weight of 2lbs. And applying that to all the boxes consolidated. Esp since you already charge a consolidation fee.

Wait to see the result
You have consolidated 4 small parcels into 2 parcels when there should only have been one parcel. You have charged on parcel at 14 pounds which cannot be correct. The putter is only 400 grams. The items in the other 3 parcels would not weigh more than 1 kilogram. Have no idea where you get your weights from, I could have shipped all these items individually via eBay global shipping for much less than what you charged. I would say you are twice as expensive.

ان تكلفة الشحن تعتمد على ابعاد ووزن الشحنة, وبالنسبة لشحنتك 309620, فان ابعادها ووزنها كبير, فان ابعادها: 33*28*9 كما ان وزنها 21 باوند, لذلك كانت تكلفة الشحن مرتفعة قليلا,,
