نعتذر جدا عن هذا الازعاج الذي اصابك ولكن
ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن
بالنسبة لشحنتك فنحن استلامناها بوزن 3 باوند وابعاد 14*9*6 انش, اي عند حساب الوزن الحجمي يكون 4.5 باوند اي يتم اعتباره 5 باوند وبالتالي تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على قيمة ال 5 باوند للشحنة
نحن نحاول جعل اسعارنا اقل مايمكن بمايتناسب مع سرعة ونوعية الخدمة التي نقدم., وارى ان شحنتك قد استلمتها بعد9 ايام من شحنها لانك اخترت ابطأ وسيلة شحن,

تفاجاءة بسعر الشحن الى السعودية. بالسابق لم يكن هناك خيار يعطيني كم ممكن يكون سعر الشحن وبعد وصول الشحنه لكم اتفاجاء بمبلغ يعادل 3 اضعاف قية القطعه الي شريتها

Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Merchants are able to offer low shipping rates because they are making a profit from the item, whereas we make our profit on our shipping services since we do not sell the items themselves. In just about any circumstance it is going to be more affordable to ship an order direct from a retailer as opposed to shipping it to us, to then forward it to you. Where our customers see the most savings is when multiple orders and items are delivered to our warehouse, to then get consolidated so everything can be shipped together in the most economical way possible. Compared to the rest of the industry our pricing is very competitive, especially since we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage your packages for 45 days. Again, sorry for your displeasure.
