From delivery to consolidating the package it has been an easy process.
First shipment - Stackry missed one package in my consolidation so disappointing. But Stackry acknowledge the mistake and gave a credit to my account. I will see if credit covers the missed shipping. Current shipping price ok, but maybe I could have consolidated better - I don't know.

I had ordered an item and had it shipped to stackry two weeks ago. I had read all the terms and shipment guidelines and was super excited to have my shipment delivered. By the time my order had arrived at the stackry warehouse, the shipping cost was unbelievably expensive and ended up costing over twice the amount of the item I had ordered. Regardless of the price, this item I was ordering was super rare and was going to be a Christmas gift for a friend. After I had paid for the crazy expensive shipping I had received an email from stackry claiming that my shipment was denied due to my item being prohibited. Whatt? This really confused me because my item clearly fits within the guidelines and wouldn't be something you think would be prohibited. Within the last two weeks I have emailed stackry twice and never received a response or my money back. I would call them directly, but I live in Canada and can't make long distance calls. I don't know what I'm supposed to do now, I have spent an insane amount of money I don't think I'll be getting back. Awful customer service. Save your money and your sanity. :(
Was a bit unsure at first ordering from the UK as I was aware of the risks, but everything was very quick and easy to do. Got notified when my items arrived and was able to order for shipment on the same day. Very thankful for the $10 off referral code as well.

Stackry are always good in communications. My only gripe is they do not take photos of the item when it arrives only the outside of the package. MyUs do both.
