Very efficient & professional service so far. I liked the clarity of the websife which walked me through the process, offering various options of choice. Would have liked to have a real person for online chat instead of AI though. Overall though, I enjoyed using Stackry's service very much

The response and service from Stackry is excellent, however the postage and exchange rates have become ridiculous. It's doubling the cost of the items and no longer viable. This is out of control of Stackry but when the cheapest option is $140 US to mail, it's simply not worth it

While the team was exceptionally fast and friendly, there was no heads up that I would need an importer's license for my shipment, which means I've had to spend upwards of $700 having all my packages sent all over and back and forth between countries. I will not use your service for any international forwarding because of this huge and expensive oversight.

I have for habits to considate lots of package.This time one item is arrived damaged.Stackry decided to consildate my packages without the damaged item without asked me before what i wanted to do. I should ask to put the damaged item in the package and request a new concolidation. It took days and i almost had storage fee ( after 45 days of storage). I had 2 times consolidation fee, i contacted stackry for the issue. A wate of time.There are also problems with the discount for high volume. One time it's possible to have a discount and the other time no it's not clear.Difficult communication with the support. I don"t recommend

When Stackry discovers a damaged item during consolidation, the procedure is to separate out the item, so the customer can assess the damage and either return it, ship it or dispose of it. This way, you can communicate directly with the retailer before shipping it to your country. Sadly, we cannot halt the consolidation process to check prior to completing the order, but will use your feedback to hopefully improve the process in the future. 1- لقد طلبت اعادة التغليف في تاريخ ٢٩ شهر ٩وذلك في تمام الساعة السادسة والثلث مساء اي بعد انتهاء الدوام الخاص بنا, تم الانتهاء من عملية اعادة التغليف في تاريخ ٣٠ من الشهر, قد قمت بالدفع للشحنة في تمام الساعة الحادية عشرة والنصف مساء, لذلك لم يتم الشحن الا في تاريخ 1 من شهر اوكتوبر, بالنظر الى الوقت فان عملية اعادة التغليف مع الشحن قد اخذت يومي عمل,
2- هل من الممكن ان تخبرنا من هم المنافسون الذين تتكلم عنهم وماهي اسعارهم ؟. يمكنك ارسال ذلك بايميل لنا لكي ندرس الموضوع,
3-بخصوص اكواد الخصم او العروض, لم ارى اي طلب منك تم ارساله لنا تطلب فيه خصم او تسأل عن اي عرض,

It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
