Sending a greeting card to NY for 12.99 is overpriced. Local postage rate is too high.

Stackry is an international package forwarder, so our service is not cost effective to ship a card in the USA. The minimum package size we ship is 1 lb. Clients see the most value by consolidating multiple packages into one shipment to save on shipping versus sending smaller packages internationally. Compared to the rest of the industry, our pricing is very competitive, especially considering that we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, 0% US sales tax, and free storage on every one of your packages for 45 days. So far so good! I am impressed with the set-up - everything works as advertised and very efficiently. I am delighted by the consolidation - to fit the contents of 20 packages into such a small box is impressive. I look forward to receiving them.

I investigated the issue described and see your most recent package was received at Stackry without the unit/locker # we assigned you. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Because many of our clients share the same name, any packages received where the locker number is missing are checked into a "lost and found" locker to be claimed by the rightful owner. I hope you can understand that this policy is in place to prevent items from being shipped to the wrong party and will consider revising your review. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home
