Stackry is my best option to transport good from the US. We've also had some problems but I loved how the managers and the client support specialists intervened to sort things out very fast. 2 years happy client here.
Items are not packed well and are just thrown into the box.

TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL COMPARED TO OTHER FREIGHT FORWARDERS.
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
I used their repacking service (that they charge $5 for), which they claim will save on size and dimensions of the parcel, and ultimately save shipping cost.
What happened? They claimed that the weight doubled and that the overall dimension increased, and now I'm supposed to pay 50% more in shipping costs.
Looks like I don't have any choice but to accept the loss, since I need the stuff I ordered. But this is just fraudulent behavior. First, and definitely the last time, I have used their services.

It's a great service and a great way to get my items shipped from another country
I found the service very easy to use there was good communication throughout - it was also good to see a photo of the oriignal packaging which is why I asked for it to be re-packaged that was most helpful.
Really quick and simple to use, very easy process overall, but it was mindblowingly expensive! Zero stars for the price, 5 stars for the rest of the experience.
