You charged me for making a single parcel smaller, to charge me exact same £20 lowest for shipping, with the £3.90 fee on top and presumably less protection in a smaller box. Puk kyu!

Expensive shipping and being charged for a long storage fee when the consolidation took 6 days to complete.

The storage fees begin to accrue on day 46 until the packages are shipped from our warehouse, but you are right there should be a way to halt those fees when there are longer than normal wait times. We appreciate the suggestion and will look into it. If this happens in the future, please contact client support and someone from the team will issue a refund. We have issued a refund. The shipping rates are based on the size and weight of the package. If the items are bulky, but light you will be billed on the size of the box. Upon review of your most recent shipment, I see you were billed on the size. The team can remove retailer packaging, such as shoe boxes to reduce the overall size of the box to save you more on the shipping costs. We hope you use our services again. I decided to use stackery because the place I was ordering from seems expensive to ship here (New Zealand) it's ended up costing me more in shipping using stackery then it would have to get it shipped directly from the store

Consolidated package shipping cost was 35% higher than shipping both separately. Bit of a scam and no way to undo consolidation.

I looked into your account history and you are correct, it cost more to ship the consolidated package then ship the two packages separately. That is very unusual if you do not request extra protection. I see you paid to ship it already, so it is too late for us to check the packing to make sure it was packed as efficiently as possible. You claim that you save a lot of money for customers by consolidating packages but this is not true, well not in my case.
I had three parcels to be consolidated which you consolidated into one big parcel - this caused the box to be over max dimensions and so the cost hiked to $400. I did call you to split the big box into three smaller boxes with the following costs £116+116+30 (I used your own calculator on your website). Which in total would cost me around $262 total, saving me around $140 from what you quoted me. Instead, you just split the big box into two identical boxes each cost me $200 which is exactly as the first option - one big box costing $400.
I shopped in USA and purchased shoes on sale but with your huge delivery costs, which btw is added to the calculations for tax and duty when delived in the UK, so you have increased my costs by huge amount. The 12 pairs of shoes I purchased in US in total cost less than $400 postage so you are not saving me money!
Second point - my only option was to use FedEx - go on Trustpilot website to check their rating! Its ONE star OUT OF FIVE stars, ONE! From over 6000 reviews. Most of the reviews are that the company lost peoples' parcels. So on top of this huge postage of $400 you shipping via company that has 9 out of 10 parcels loses or damages or "dont know where the package is".
I might use your services one or two times, to buy some gym clothing (very small package and very light) to give your services a second chance.
I will leave more details review on Trustpilot with some pictures and calculations.

There has been a significant delay in the processing, coupled with poor customer service and lack of communication regarding the cause of the delay. Additionally, the compensation offered for the delay is inadequate and does not justify the extended waiting period.

Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume. Vitamins and supplements are widely shipped but some countries have very tight restrictions on specific ingredients. Stackry will ship most items that eligible to be shipped to your home

This occurs in some cases, where the original shipping box is the best fit or the new box required the same dimensional weight.
