Always a great service and always reaches me in prime condition
Two issues I have noticed:
1- The packaging has become slimmer and cheaper. The padding and bubble wrap is not good enough for the package and it barely survives the onslaught of shipping. Boxes need to be fortfied as well.
2-the shipping fees creeping up.

Would be nice to get a few more reminders about items in storage... or a weekly update of number of parcels received and ready to ship.

Chuck was very helpful in my question. Do appreciate the good service. One thing would be nice would maybe be weekly reminders when you have items at stackry so you don't forget, i know you have them for days left in storage but would be nice for a weekly reminder to get something simple like

I like stackry, but to charging me 5 USD for wrong address was not my fault, this actually from the website that i have order the items from, they didn't allow me to mention the unit number. This the first time i encountered this
