Customer Service is good. The dresses our great quality quality. The return process is the only negative. I can see so far It would be much easier to just be able to get in there and get a return label if it is unused and non-warn and within the days allotted

Purchased my daughters prom dress from Stacee's. It came in good timing the dress was absolutely stunning. My daughter and myself were over the moon with it. Was dubious about buying a prom dress online but it couldn't have been better. The quality of the dress, sizing and shipping was great. The care during purchase and after purchase was amazing.

I ordered a dress and just found out last night you guys canceled the order which puts me in a bind because my daughters hoco is in a week. I did not know you canceled until I signed in and checked shipping. No email, no contact to let me know. That is bad business. Hopefully placing another order we will get the dress this time.

The return process was anything but "worry-free". I had multiple emails back and forth in which I sent pictures/videos of the dresses with tags still on only days after receiving before they finally gave me the address. And even then I had to cover the shipping cost and they only offered a 70% refund of the amount I paid.

Granddaughter found her dream dress for prom last spring. We're ordering again for Sr Snowball dance next month. Getting the alterations fit to her measuments is worth every penny! Not that much extra anyway. Granddaughter is larger on top and 5'1". Her long gown was perfect! Will be back for Prom next Spring
