Ordered a dress size 4 (not custom). When the dress arrived it did not fit correctly. I contacted customer service WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING asking to order a different size and color and was told that I could order a new dress for $40 and sell the original dress.

I have a dress that I am stilll waiting for so I'm having to order a new one! Customer service has not been helpful at all! USpS tells you one thing and Stacee tells you something different. Still waiting on a response or refund!

I didnt see how to care for the dress. But ordering was easy.
Stacees made a custom size/dress for my daughter and was able to fill in the cut-out in the center of the bodice with the same bodice material. It was absolutely perfect and fit like a glove. Custom length was perfect with no alterations! We are super happy! Received the dress in 21 days! Yay Stacees!

The ordering process was good, the dress arrived quickly and looked as advertised. My only issues where the filtering settings don't always work right and upon arrival one of the sleeves (off shoulder) was sewn on upside down. It wasn't super obvious I probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't have experience sewing and making very detailed projects (in other words were I less artistic). No one else pointed it out and like I said it was a minor mistake, the dress fit well and that was my only real issue.

I tried and tried to return a dress last year and your company would not respond and then when they did it was last the time by a week. You wouldn't do anything to return it. I was going to get another one but had to eat the one I could not return.
