I got custom sizing and it's only $19 more which isn't bad for custom. The shipping wasn't a terrible price either and I was able to get this dress final cost lower than the tag price at dillards. The dress was very nice material and structured well. It fit very well too. It's was a tad long but it's not im person altering and it had a train so, I can't really complain. The dress was accurate to the pictures and the reviews, and the color was very accurate too. Overall I very good dress. I still have it and will definitely keep it!

I purchased a bridesmaids dress and checked all the measurements before order. Once the dress arrived the quality was really poor and stitching undone in various places so it was totally unacceptable quality to use. I immediately raised a ticket with them and sent them photo's. They have refused to provide me with a returns address, only offering me £20 credit. Absolutely disgusting service! I have been emailing back and forth with them for weeks now, and they keep telling me the dress is good, totally ignoring my requests to return for a full refund. They are nothing but scammers taking your money and sending poor quality dresses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM - THERE IS NO RETURNS SERVICE!
I will be reporting them to trading standards as it appears they treat all their customers like this. I have also raised a dispute via my bank as i am not willing to let this go.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I liked that they asked for my daughter's measurements so they could custom size the dress for her. My daughter had ordered a beautiful green dress. The dress arrived on time and skillfully packaged to protect the dress. The dress was just what we ordered and the green was just like the picture. The dress fit perfectly and my daughter was beyond pleased. Thank you for making my daughter the Belle of the ball...

I got a dress custom made and it was too big in my opinion needed to get it tailored 6 days before my event.

We bought this dress for my daughters prom next June so no photos too show yet but tried on and would 100% recommend purchasing.

Impossible to return. I've sent numerous emails. They told me to sell second hand. Terrible customer service. Dress cheaply made. Again don't use this company!Sm

I ordered a wedding dress which didn't fit. It was eligible for returns however they told me to have it altered. When I declined, they offered me $30 (for a $207dress) and told me to find another buyer.
When I emailed them again, they just copy my message and paste it in their return message.
I am working with my bank to reverse the charge at this time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

After a disastrous miscommunication with another dress website, I found out that my prom dress wouldn't even arrive until after my prom. I was devastated, and so I was scouring the internet searching for dresses, until I came across the Stacees website. I looked through some dresses and found the absolute perfect one and it even had a rush service of 7 days, which meant that I would receive my prom dress right on time. I ordered the dress and to my surprise, it even came early! When I received the dress, I was shocked by how beautiful it truly was up close, even though I had ordered the rush service (7 days), it was still so beautiful and fit me perfectly, every detail was gorgeous. Customer service was always available to answer all the questions that I had and the dress was beautiful and wonderfully made. Delivery was spectacular and I was kept well-involved in the process, it was brilliant. If ever I need a dress for any special occasions, I'll order from Stacees!

Product took forever to be delivered, and then had issues with sizing and then couldn't return the product. Not best customer support

I purchased a dress and a pantsuit. The dress had padding and boning that went most of the way down the front of the dress. It was more of a chest plate. Even though they said it was made for my measurements, I could not zip the dress at all. It was supposed to just be an internal bra. The pants were completely oversized, and the top had satin lining that was so tight, I couldn't breathe. I sent the company pictures and told them I wanted a refund and I've heard nothing back.

Terrible, terrible company, DO NOT ORDER. I received two bridesmaid dresses which do not fit and they will not give me a returns address or a refund, they will do everything to not take the dresses back, customer service is horrendous, I am now out 216 pounds and will not get refunded. DO NOT BUY. And its not a UK site either dresses come from Hong Kong. Stay clear. Only giving one star cause I can't click any lower
