It was my junior year looking for a prom dress and my inspo was baby pink and i was looking at other websites and i couldn't find anything my size length wise and i looked on here and it had a custom size option and i was so glad that i found a dress that fit perfectly for me. I'm 5'0 for reference.

We are giving Stacees another shot after placing an order a year ago and the dress didn't fit right but wouldn't give us a refund. We are trying a custom fit dress this time. Praying the seamstress (And our measurements) are accurate.

Please please do not order from this website. They state on their website full refunds are given if you want to return the dress. But this is a lie. They have done nothing but stress me out whilst on maternity earning hardly any money. I want to return what I brought as it doesn't fit at all ans not the correct colour and we have now changed our minds on our colour theme all together. They are refusing to let me return dress and saying I have to just try and sale the dress myself. The dress cost £108 and then they offered me £20 refund. I want a full refund not £20 I am on maternity and £108 is a lot of money. I will continue to write these reviews and comment on everything you post untill I receive a full refund.
Your saying it's because of PayPal. But paypal advised me not to delete dispute and you need to refund full amount through PayPal so stop telling me to cancel dispute through PayPal.

My dress did not fit. So I wanted to return it and then I was going to order custom fit one. They want me to pay to return the dress and then only refund me for 70% of the dress? They are slow to reply and now they have a very angry customer. They suggested then I pay another 80 to get a dress re made, SCAM SCAM SCAM

I wanted to get a dress for prom, and when I saw this gold one I knew I had to get it. They wanted to know if I would like to use my own measurements for the dress and I did that. Process seemed like a perfectly normal amount of time and it arrived about 2-3 weeks before my prom. When I got the dress I was AMAZED at how gorgeous it looked from the design and details to its exact measurements. It was complimented by so many which made me feel really good. The next time I decide to order a dress online it will be from Stacee's.

What a horrible experience! I didn't check the company ahead of time! My $200 fault! The dress came and wasn't awful. It didn't fit well but I did not give them measurements ahead of time like they asked. I ordered the standard size 10 which should have fit me. When I emailed them to let them know I wanted to return, I was asked to send them a picture of me in the dress Ummm no! Then they tried to sell me a second dress at a very cheap price and told me to sell this beautiful dress myself for a profit! They are professional scammers! I can't believe this company is allowed to continue their outright thievery!
What a disgrace! Please please don't buy here!

This web site is a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them. I ordered 2 dresses to try for my sons wedding. Stated on line and talked with person that if dresses did not fit properly, can be easily returned. They would never approve my return or give me the address for returns. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I was very anxious to order this dress online from this website. My daughter wanted a dress very similar that was made by sheeri Hill but I could not afford the $900 price tag. I found the same exact dress online from this website stacees.com for fractions of the cost. I placed my order and waited the 3 weeks until it arrived wondering if I messed up by placing the order. It came in and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the dress. My friends and family couldn't even tell the difference between the sherri hill dress that was 900 vs this dress I ordered. The inner bra lining was actually better than the sherri hill dress. This dress was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is worried or anxious about ordering from this site like I was to order from this site. You won't regret it.

Was worried about ordering my daughters prom dress online but when it arrived it was absolutely gorgeous! The quality was amazing! The colour was beautiful! (Pale blue) It was much better than the picture online! We ordered a lace up back in case we werent accurate with our measurements. It was a little bit big when it arrived but it didnt matter with the lace up back! My daughter was chuffed to bits with it!

Ordered a dress with my exact measurements which did NOT fit me and I proved it didn't with images. Tags were still on the dress and it was fine. They basically said if I return it that it might get lost and I won't get a refund. They first offered to give me £10 back and make another dress for me for £50 but I refused and said I wanted a refund and to return the dress. Then they offered to give me £20 back and male another dress for me for £45 and I refused because I did NOT want another one from them. All I want is my money back because I paid alot for a bit of net curtain that doesn't even fit me and I'm not happy at all. Disgusting customer service. Awful company. Do NOT but anything from here EVER.

I bought this dress to wear for my daughters quinceanera and I am extremely satisfied with the dress and the quality. I absolutely loved it!
I recieved so many compliments on my dress.
(I decided to add the off the shoulder sleeves to it since it was a spaghetti strap dress)

Stacees made my prom/bridesmaid dress about a year and a half ago and the quality was so good. It was a beautiful emerald green, satin mermaid/trumpet dress with a corseted top. The colour quality and fabric quality was incredible. Over all, a well crafted and certainly well loved dress.

From what I remember it was good. The quality of the dress impressed me.
