I got this dress for my 18th birthday and I customised the size and everything and it's absolutely amazing. It was totally worth the price, it was breathtaking. If you are second guessing it, I'll be honest get it, they give you regular updates on the progress and it was just amazing to be honest. 10/0
I turned 50 in April and planned a 50th photo shoot in Iceland! I just needed THE perfect dress to complete my vision and I found it! I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars because it might be ruined with the photo locations. I was so nervous to order without trying on a dress and what the quality would be. I'm a size 6 US and I took my measurements by the instructions on the website and measured exactly at a size 12. It took a month after ordering to arrive and was completely blown away when my dress arrived. The quality was top notch, it was even prettier in person and it fit like a glove! It was absolutely stunning. I chose grape and the color and glitter were incredible against the Icelandic landscape and waterfalls. I felt and looked like a princess! I couldn't be happier and will order again! Thank you Staceees!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
We ordered a dress for our daughter's prom. The dress came in and did not fit. We bought another from them, and contacted them to return the first dress. It's been nothing but a runaround. The standard China scam - first they offer some money, then they say it'll cost too much to ship back, then they offer a little more money and say we should resell the dress ourselves online. Never once have we gotten the return address.
THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Do NOT trust this merchant with ANY of your money.

You guys did an absolutely amazing job with my daughter's dress! Someone reached out immediately after I ordered to confirm measurements 2x because I had made a mistake. They took time to verify and ask what the occasion was for. It was extremely difficult to find dresses in stores to fit her and she was so brokenhearted she might not get a dress. You offered inclusive sizes that was made absolutely beautifully and really high quality. I cannot tell you all thank you enough for the care and service you provided. My daughter loves her dress and you made her feel so good to have something so nice to wear.

The dress we ordered kept getting pushed back for shipping. We ordered it very early for prom and it wasn't delivered until after prom. When I contacted the company 3 weeks prior to prom they would not give me a firm answer on shipping

Delivery was great. Took about 2 weeks to receive the dress once ordered. My daughter is 5'6 and about 125lbs. She is tall and a thin build, 16 years old and we purchased a size 4. She is a bra size 34 B. She did not wear a strapless bra and was a little self conscious about anything showing on the side. Other than that is was perfect and she looked beautiful!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been trying to get a refund since April 14th on a dress that my daughter tried on and decide she didn't like. Their website says that they do returns but that is a bunch of bull crap. They responded fairly soon after I initially contacted them asking for pictures of the unworn dress with tags. Which I immediately sent back. Mind you we tried to return this dress the day that we got it. They've tried everything from keep the and we will give you a $15 refund to now $25 and keep the dress - we paid over $110. If you think it's no hassle returns think again. No matter how many times I have emailed them specifically saying no more weird ideas or deals just give me my full refund, they never do! They respond with more cockamini shiesty shady *******@staceesofficial is 100% a scam!

We ordered a dress with a customization (add a front slit) and custom sizing. Although the dress arrived without the requested slit, customer service jumped on the issue and they remade the dress. The 2nd dress was perfection.
My daughter absolutely loves her dress. She looks stunning to say the least. The dress was made specifically to fit her, they ensured we provided the correct measurements & made suggestions. We couldn't be happier!

DRESS arrived within 4 weeks,, in the correct size and in the correct colour, (was very worried after ordering and paying,then reading all of the reviews,) but very pleased when opening the packaged,...a bit alarmed as the packaging was slashed, probaby during customs but the protective bag did its job.

My daughter was absolutely stunning in her emerald sequence dress that fit her body perfect. It was adjourned in emerald squence and lace with a significant spilt. Further, the dress came with breast pads which made it much easier and comfortable to wear the dress.

The dress is very poofy just what I wanted! And the color is amazing and so pretty! The only problem which was my fault was that the sleeve that's connected to the top and not the tie up popped off and broke but that's my bad I was getting a piggy back ride cause my feet hurt so bad from my heels. But overall the quality is mwah I love this dress can't wait to wear it again for my theature awards ceremony!

I was overjoyed when my dress arrived! I couldn't wait to try it on, and when I did, I was thrilled that it was a perfect fit, everywhere! It only needed a couple of small tucks in the back to prevent any sagging due to my short waist. The length was perfect! I received so many compliments on the style and the color (which is my favorite) as the mother of the groom to my youngest of four sons!
I was very satisfied with the service. I was a bit nervous ordering for the first time, only using the size chart and online color selection. But I couldn't have imagined how beautiful the dress would actually be! Also, it arrived sooner than expected.
