I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress. I was told my dress would be custom made for my measurements. I take a size 14 dress. The dress was much too small and Stacees would not honor their return policy. First they asked me to send a photo of me wearing the dress. Then they offered to 'make me another dress' and only charge me half the price of the material. The emails that I received from them always had clerical errors. I checked the address on the package the dress came in. The address was an address for a shipping company, not a dress company. Close examination shows that the Stacee label was added after the dress was made. My guess is the dresses they are selling are rejects from other companies. All the positive reviews boast on how well the dress fits! My guess is that these reviews were written by Stacee. I paid $200 for the dress and will donate it to someone who could use it.
Everything about the ordering process was easy and my dress arrived so quickly! The quality is great and the fit is just right! I love that I didn't have to shop at multiple stores to find the perfect dress!

My daughter is very small and it is hard to find a dress that would fit her. Stacees made it possible for her to get a dress in a current style- made exactly the fit her body and measurements- at a similar price to dresses found in stores! We were pleasantly surprised to receive the dress when it was promised and with a perfect fit.

Even though their website says they accept returns if items are unwashed, in original state, with all tags on they WILL NOT return anything. They give the run around and offer 1/2 of your money back and tell you to sell it locally. The material is cheap and dull and they use so much fabric that the dresses are heavy enough to try and fall off. AVOID AVOID

Upon opening, glitter on the fabric was glued on and shed everywhere. The measure from shoulder to waist was too short (standard size.) Tried to return, and they do not honor their return policy. Shameful organization. Do not order from here. If you do and you get a poor quality dress, you will NOT be able to return it.

I was apprehensive ordering a dress on line and not seeing it personally, so glad l did, beautifully made, excellent quality. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and needed in a size up and they would not give me a return address. Suggested I keep the dress and sell it after I had already ordered the larger dress now they will not let me cancel the second dress order. I stopped payment on the order and received an email from them saying that they can't refund me until I stop my dispute and send them a picture of the second dress that I don't have yet. So now I am stuck with one dress that doesn't fit me and no refund of the partial payment of the second one that they still have.

I could not return the dress even when it was in the window to return. They said the dress had to be damaged or not made right. I kept getting different people emailing me and the English was not good

I bought a dress that was a standard size and the colour was wrong. They state on their website they provide a worry free return service. They would not refund my money. They stated I should resell the dress. Poor service :'(

I was very dubious about ordering online specially from a company i had never heard of. I ordered 2 dresses, a mother of the bride dress and a flower girl dress. The mother of the bride dress arrived first and when I opened it i was blown away with it, looks exactly like the picture and the quality is just as good as any high end clothes shop but with out the high end price. The flower girl dress arrived soon after and when we tried it on my 4 year old granddaughter it brought tears to my eyes, again the quality is excellent and the dress looks exactly like the picture. Highly recommended by a very happy customer.

Watch out for this company. Their website says they will allow return and refund of standard size dresses, but they DO NOT allow this. After communicating back and forth for 4 weeks, they would not allow for a refund, even though their website says that they do.
