Beyond happy with my daughter's prom dress! Spent weeks looking at hundreds of dresses it was a nightmare! Finally I stumbled across STACEES right away I found the perfect dress for my daughter. Ordering was quick and easy took my daughter's measurements entered them in it asked for additional information or requests. I requested for additional padding in the cup size to make her feel more confident. I Order the dress a month in advance so it would be ready on time. I did get little worried when shipping was delayed past April 29th but support helped resolve the issue quickly i received the dress 3 days later. The dress fit her perfectly it was more beautiful than we could imagine! I will only order Dresses from stacees now. They made it so Hassel free and I have 4 daughter's & there is nothing hassel free with them lol. There will be many more formals and events and i know they will take care of our needs and more. Thank you for making sure my daughter felt like a princess an for giving me peace of mind during the stressful time.

I've never ordered off Stacees before so was a little unsure of what to expect, I was completely surprised! They took my measurements when ordering, I wasn't sure they'd be adhered too but they really were. They keep you up to date on progress and shipping which was very useful.
When my dress arrived I couldn't of been more happier with the quality and the workmanship both exceeded expectations. The dress was a " Mother of the bride" so a very special occasion, they added sleeves on request again very well done.
I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely buy from them again.

I have ordered 3 dresses for my niece for her prom to try. We have been trying to return a dress that did not work for her.

I have contacted the customer service for returns and have no satisfaction. I have asked to return a dress in several occasions and all I get is a run around. I want to cancel the 2 I have on order to go somewhere else to do business. They offered me 20$ refund, absolute joke.

Buyer beware! They do not follow their return policy!

I ordered a dress from here for a wedding. Received the dress and it's not even the right color or material. Now it's the back and forth with the emailing and they are offering for me to keep the dress and resell it and offered me $60. This is BS. I've kept all emails to dispute to my credit card company showing fraud due to they provided me with an incorrect dress period. Save yourself the stress and do not EVER trust or buy from this company again!

I bought a dress from here for a highschool formal and I was extremely happy with it. The dress was a perfect match to the photo, it fit very well and shipping was reasonably quick (about 2 weeks). Only problem I had was due to the material it snagged a little by the end of the night but overall, the dress was an amazing price for its quality and it I would 100% recommend this website to others looking for a beautiful dress for special occasions.

They assured me when I ordered that I could return the dress for a refund. Then when I tried to do so they offered me $20 to keep the dress saying that the return was too difficult and that they would need to charge me for entry fees, etc. It took many emails and calls and in the end I had to settle for $80 to keep the dress- which did not fit. I gave up trying to fight them, even with email proof that they would refund the full $ (minus shipping). Do not believe them that you can return it! The dress was too big despite giving them measurements.

My homecoming dress came in so fast and the quality was amazing!

I am sorry that I ever bought a dress from this company for my daughter. She loved the dress from the picture on your website but it has been nothing but headache after headache since we bought the dress. The dress came late. The dress is cheaply made and has glitter that sheds all over the place all over the dress. I have tried to return the dress by following the return policy as posted on the website but the company has given me nothing but a countless number of emails about returning the dress. I will never buy anything from this company again and will tell everyone that I know to never buy anything from this company ever again. Stacees advertises a return policy that they do not want to honor. We are stuck with a cheap dress that we paid $130 for and the company won't take it back

I have been begging for days to please honor their return policy. My dress did not fit and also after trying it on it was clear the skirts would be too heavy for me. I have been back and forth for days in emails. They even asked me to send a PICTURE of me in the dress that wouldn't fit! Then apologized for being inappropriate. I was told I would have to pay for shipping back and I should just take a $25 refund! Do not order from them if you want your money back as they promise if the dress doesn't work! I will amend my review if they make this right, but as of now I have a dress that does not zip and I can not ever use that I spent a good bit of money on.
