I ordered a dress in a regular size to ensure I could return if it there were any issues. The dress they sent was obviously the wrong color. I ordered champagne and they sent me gold (VERY obviously gold... I showed 4 different people separately, and without me saying anything, they said "That's not champagne, that's gold"). I wrote to Stacee's and provided them a picture, just asking for them to replace the item. They have repeatedly responded in broken English telling me that they sent the right color and that I would need to pay for return shipping, which goes against their written policy that if they make a mistake with the item, they would cover the return shipping. Note that they have both gold and champagne material listed as options, so they obviously sent the wrong color but want to claim it's just a variance in online vs. actual material. The dress received is absolutely NOT the correct color, and they have repeatedly told me I should just keep the dress and forget about trying to return it. I ordered this dress for my wedding next May, and I will upload a better pictures when they are professionally taken, but I wanted to add this review so people would not be afraid to do order this dress if they like it. The color of my dress is peacock, and you don't really see it on most of the photos until you zoom in, but there are rhinestones on this dress. They went above and beyond for my dress. The customer service was absolutely awesome and I asked if I could customize the back with a corset lace up, which they accommodated with absolutely no problems. They also added pockets which I absolutely adore. The only thing I would say on this dress is that though we did customize it to my size, it did come out slightly large as we did not factor in the measurements for the corset. I would say that is more on me than them though, so if you ask for this feature take a few inches off the waist measurement so you get that corset look. The string were also plenty long, so we ended up doing a little tie around the waist with a small bow, which personally, I loved because it accented my hips and waist, without taking away from the dress. Will 100% order with this company again. I wish I was able to add the little video that we made of me walking up and down the hall.

This dress was ordered for an event in New York City. I requested length to be added to the dress because of my height. The dress was made to the measurements and fit perfectly!

I ordered two dresses around this same time last year for the same event we will be attending in June of this year. The Shipping Department screwed up the address, which in turn caused a HUGE delay in our order arriving. One dress, the dress we selected for my daughter, barely showed up in time and the second dress wound up costing me an ADDITIONAL $80 (for material costs) because it was evidently "damaged beyond repair" in its return to the company, and it arrived three weeks AFTER our event date. To say I was displeased would be a gross understatement.

Terrible Customer Service Do Not Purchase From This Company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You cannot exchange or return items for any reason. I was literally 2 days late requesting a return because my mom was in the hospital, NO EXCEPTIONS! In addition, it was not an altered item and came in my regular size which I have previously ordered and still did not fit. They would not have accepted a return anyway. I will be posting this review everywhere. Yes, please refer to the terms of return I agreed to... that is all you get, no compassion, empathy or exceptions. They only care about getting the sale. I am baffled, even with the NO return policy that they are still in business. They do not care about their customers!

Dress is very nice.
Would have liked better packaging for shipping.
Took 6 weeks to get it which was about 3 weeks longer than promised for a custom order.

Purchased two dresses for homecoming. Both were beautiful and very well made.

Stacees was extremely helpful in tailoring my daughter's prom dress to her specific size. The continued communication during production time was outstanding.

I bought dresses for two other granddaughters last year and they looked absolutely beautiful! I'm sure this time will be just as rewarding for this little lady!

Me and 1 of my daughter's was looking around at the dress shops where we live for dress for my daughter. We didn't have any luck finding one in her size or the style that she really wanted. So we went online. I seen a web site for stacies dresses. We started looking thru the dress and we finally found one she loved and they had her size. She was so excited and was having a hard time because she just couldn't wait till she got her dress. It showed up and got here before prom. She was in school and didn't know it came in. I opened it. The dress was very well packed and it came in a bag so it wouldn't get ruined. Took out the dress and I was speechless on how beautiful the dress was. I left for work and didn't tell her wanted it to be a surprise. She got home from school she seen the package and opened she call me right away and she was extremely happy she was over the moon and she was speechless as well. She didn't want to wait for me to get home from work that how happy and exited she was. She tired the dress on and it fit her perfectly. I have never seen her so happy. She looked liked princess bell in the dress and it went with the theme of the prom. We will be ordering her senior prom dress from stacies dresses again.

The dress was good quality and didn't have any problems and we didn't have to return it

Bought this dress for my daughter's prom. We did the custom measurements and it came just as ordered, fit perfectly. My daughter loved the color and fit. Good quality materials.
