I asked for HOW TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND they said ONLY I CAN GET IS INSTORE CREDIT.

I FOUND OUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER REVIEW OF MY REQUEST IS A CREEP. THEY HAVE ONLY A 1.22 REVIEW RATING.

When I received the trainer it was like something from wish I called them the same day because it was to smaill and I went by their chart and still haven't talk to anyone on the phone and it's been over two weeks I sent several emails and of course it's a automatic email saying because of Covid but they took my money but can't treat you like your business matter it's a crappy product don't waste your time ordering from them at least with Wish u can speak with someone and you can get your money back sorry company.

Stability pro sent me a work out vest that doesn't have any stretch to it and the zipper thats suppose to zip underneath the velcro... Yeah it popped off like the thing came from family dollar... stability pro stop playing. People really trying to get they waist in order and you are playing games... TRICKS ARE FOR KIDS STABILITY PRO... OHHHHH NO! I should've looked at reviews before hand that was my fault not even gonna try to get "store credit" its like they knew people would ask for a refund so they said they would get t he money while they can and only offer more of theor crap instead of your money back smh. I have reported this place to the Better Business Bureau as well as been trying to contact them to no avail I ordered something on May 3rd and it's now May 19th and I have yet to receive it all I'm asking is 2 Evening give me my product that I paid for or refund me my money and stop telling people that it takes a certain amount of time to get there it's been well over the three to five business days is almost been a whole month come June 3rd and I've yet to receive my product so give me back my money or give me the product

I placed an order on April 20th and have yet to receive my order. I never received a shipping confirmation however when I view the status of that order it shows a USPS tracking number. When I click on the tracking number to check the status it keeps saying it's still in Arizona as of April 25th with no movement which I can't seem to understand. When i emailed them, they email was undeliverable due to being full. I sent a message on facebook & they stated that USPS lost the package & they would send a new one; however i received no new tracking number or anything. The company lies & gives the run around & i will continue to give then hell until i receive my item. They did not have a problem charging my credit card immediately, so where is my item. I am very pissed because i do not like dealing with companies that i do not know or cannot contact via phone & they lack of response is unprofessional. Horrible company & horrible service! I will never order from them again & i will make sure my friends & family members dont either!

I ordered their Sciatic Hip Brace looking to try something new. Upon receiving it, I discovered that it could not be worn on a right hip. There was no place to order Left or Right when I placed the order, so I contacted Stabilitypro and customer service informed me that their price was supposedly a "sale" price which means that they cannot give me a refund. I explained that I had not changed my mind, but rather that the product that they sent to me was not what they were advertising. I asked if they had one that I could wear on my right hip - they said this one. Ha ha ha, NOPE. They said I could return it in new condition/packaging to qualify for an exchange - but of course, I had to open the plastic bag that it came in to discover that it would not work. They offered me a 50% credit that I could use towards other products, but would not tell me if they had anything that could be worn on a right hip. The product itself looks extremely cheap and I have very high doubts that it would do anything even if I could try it out. I would advise to skip over this company and find someone legitimate.
