They send you tracking number for item they will NEVER ship! You have to follow up with them with check back 24hrs or else they will take your money and never get any update but a confirmation email of your tracking number UPS NEVER RECEIVED the item! They will first tell you to call UPS and UPS will tell you to call the store coz they NEVER received the Item in the first place to ship. Avoid they will scam you in silence and take your money if you don't follow Up!
Had to return a pair that were a size too small. They advised on the correct method to return said pair. I'm glad I ordered the size up, they fit great and they are straight fire.
It was disappointing that I made a more sale after two days I purchased. I wanted you to inform me that it will be a further sale at least before shipping.

They lied and told me my method payment was the reason the first time. So i tried paypal twice and used another credit card and they cancelled my order 3 times back to back in 3 days! I ordered a Canadian Goose coat on Monday and I received it the next day. I am from Toronto. Shipping was super quick. I also LOVE my coat, so warm. I got the Expedition one. Thank you SSENSE.
