I bought a PRADA iPhone case. I paid $250.00 yes shame on me. The case is shredding after having it for 4 months and I take very very good care of my things. I went directly to PRADA in NYC Who then told meThat they can't verify that it's authentic from the paperwork that I showed them. I then contacted ssense and they did not help me at all. They basically told me I'm screwed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FAKE PRODUCTS!

Do not order from ssense if you receive an incorrect size cost $40.00 to ship it back ssense will not pay additional customs fees, required by seller, items is then returned to you another $40.00 and it sits in customs waiting for ssense to pay customs fees IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW, NO REFUND! I placed my order on Nov 28, it has been a week and my order is just BEARLY received. They asked me to confirm the amount and I did. The order change to processing and BACK TO RECEIVED AGAIN. I tried to call the customer care, and apparently, they do not have one. It is like all the representatives are BUSY FOREVER. I had been on the phone waiting for more than 20 mins MULTIPLE TIMES.
