Best online purchase Ive ever made. Not only do they have an awesome selection of designers, I placed my order on Friday afternoon and received my package Saturday. The shipping was free as well. My new favorite joint.
This company is running a complete scam. Placed an order with Express shipping & never shipped. Their customer service lines are down, do not respond to emails and use bots with generic messages promising 24/7 service that is nonexistent. After weeks I finally had to file complaint with credit card and boy did they respond then! Please carefully review their *******@ssense where thousands of very angry customers have posted. The company has time to post & delete comments but not to fulfill orders or answer emails/phone lines. Beware!
The item I ordered did not fit me--and has been returned as directed. I shall see how quickly you credit my account. However, if all goes well--I am satisfied with your professional service and will definitely use your site again!
I ordered a swimsuit on my coffee break at work (a little retail therapy) and two days later was a sleek little box waiting for me. It came sooner than expected and wasnt over packed. Secure enough while still minimal. Might as well have walked out of a store with bag in hand!
I love shopping at ssense when they are having their sales. Usually shipping is very quick, there was a bit of an issue last Xmas but customer service was helpful in assuring me it would come in time and it did!
Had big problems with DHL but ssense customer support was great and kept in contact/updated me when necessary. When deliveries have issues all you really want is to be heard, seen and reassured <3

When ordering an item you would expect it to be in stock. It took up until the day before my guiseppe zanotti trainers were meant to arrive for them to notify me that they suddenly ran out of stock. All they offered was a petty 10% discount. I am disappointed and outraged by such poor service.
I ordered 2 items but received only 1. I sent 96 million emails- no one bothers to reply so everyday I'd do live chat abs they'd give basic information say they'll investigate. A month later they say the shipping team sent it and end of complaint. Now I'm out of pocket of £137 and they don't care. Disgusting communication and assistance. I wish I never took the risk.

They happy and busy taking orders but when it comes to helping people with order issues they delay responding. Scammers and fraudulent behaviour by a site that yes has followed and reputation etc. But also scammers! Oh I'm so upset I don't know if can do anything...

I ordered a purse over two weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. They billed my credit card day one. The website stated orders shipped in 1-2 days. False. Their customer service is non existent. Impossible to get a real person. Emails with generic answers but no acknowledgment. I asked to cancel my order and no reply. Stay away
I can't recommend Ssense highly enough, they have a wide range of excellent products, they're very reputable, the prices are great, and the free delivery takes only 4 days to arrive in Australia. I will definitely repurchase from Ssense.
Too long to write whole story other than they tell you a bunch of lies and don't even know what they're on about! Spent £355 with this company, Still haven't received my refund after two weeks, due to the sizing being much bigger than expected, baring in mind I paid £62 just to send them back! And now being told I have to wait another week and more before I can have my refund! Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid website.
I have multiple orders with them. 1 is three weeks old, my emails go unanswered by humans. I continually get sent through a system of automated bull$#*!. First experience with them and not good so far. Tomorrow I'm going to try to call. See what happens
Placed an order with express delivery. It's akreadynine days since they haven't even sent the product. I contacted them through emails and online support and the same useless answers like "we will inform you where is the parcel, when our team informed us".
Asked for a refund at least for express shipping, which does not exist in fact, still no answer.
Very unpleasant experience with this store!

Placed two orders during their Black Friday sale. One went into the interweb somewhere, so I'm short already for Xmas gifts. Received an email 5 days later on the second order that they are swamped. Understandable. I have replied and asked where my order is - Christmas is 2 weeks away. Nothing. I have no idea if I'm going to get my gifts. It's going to be a bare tree of not.
Purchased a Thom Browne tie which came with defects. Contacted customer support who in turn replied with a 10% discount as a courtesy.
Told them that their offer was a bad joke, to which they said I should take that 10% to use at a tailor to fix the tie.
Are you for real? How do you guys have any business in this day and age? Mr. Porter, END, every other online retailer in this space has CS far superior to yours.
Get it together SSENSE. Or don't, I'm staying the hell away in the future.

Ordered some Versace sneakers, box was in good shape, as well as my shoes. They also came with an authenticity card that had a code on it to look the product online to verify if they're real. But I could tell by the quality of the leather. I'm comfortable with buying from the again and would recommend anyone who was considering it.
Horrible experience 3 times ordering from them you order they send u small deposits you know nothing about won't email you to say call n verify your payment before items get shipped customer service doesn't care at all about complaints on defective items don't bother emailing them bout issues
Do NOT shop here. They used to be amazing—they had real customer care and actually had quality control. The company has grown and unfortunately they have failed in almost every aspect. Items are no longer of expected quality… beat up, damaged or just plain missing! I used to spend $10-20k a year with SSense and now I'm done.
Do not order from SSENSE if you plan on making a return. I have bought many things from this site never having an issue until there was an item that didn't fit me. They claimed that my package got lost and was never received by the warehouse even though I provide via my tracking number it did. After over a month of fighting with them for my refund they finally did. I've read some other reviews that talked about the same issue. Order but be cautious when it comes to returning an expensive item they will claim it's lost.
This used to be my go-to site for designer clothes. I spend anywhere from $10-20k a year on their site, and have for the past 6-7 years. Their customer service was always immediately reachable, shipping fast, returns easy.
Fast forward to Spring 2022 to present. There is now NO customer service at all. They've done away with a telephone number to contact them, as well as live chat. If you email, it takes 2 weeks to get a reply. Shipping now takes FOUR WEEKS at minimum. I placed an order 32 days ago and it has still not shipped. What happened to this site? Shame.
