Purchased three items and returned two because they didn't fit. Received refund for one item the day they received the package. Emailed three times about missing refund for second item (provided all relevant information: sku, RA and order number), but received generic responses as if they didn't even look into it. Last communication was on Saturday, called Wednesday to follow up and told me delayed response was due to warehouse being closed on weekends. Told me they would look into it and won't get back to me for another two days. Pretty annoyed at this point as it's been two weeks and still no answer. Tried to look up information to see if this has happened to anyone else and apparently it has.
This may be the worst place to purchase things online. I got a pair of golden goose for my boyfriend for Christmas and they sent me TWO SHOES FOR THE RIGHT FOOT! It took me weeks to be able to finally get someone on the phone that could help me which was ridiculous to start off. Once I found somebody she told me she would do an exchange for me and once I return the shoes and the warehouse receives them they will send me out a left and right shoe. She also gave me 10 percent off the shoes and shipping. So we began emailing. My return was received two weeks ago and I still do not have my shoes. It has been a month since my order and my emails are now getting ignored. They have my money and I have no shoes. You guys sent me two right foot shoes. Like are you kidding. That should be a issue that is priority and taken care of immediately
I order daughter sneakers for Christmas they never came I got confirmation they were lost from shipper a few days later but I still haven't received my refund a month later they said the process takes 3 weeks I've called several times with the same bs response so now I have to contact my bank for a refund will never shop this site again
Was excited when I first got my package. I wore it as soon as I got it. After a couple wears, I was called out on wether it was real or fake. After investigation, I came to realize I was rocking fake balenciaga from ssense. Super disappointing, I haven't even bothered to try and get a refund cause I know they will say the item is already worn.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered some 11 by BBS boots from them and they shipped me regular Salomon boots switched out into a BBS box. They ripped me off and their customer service is trash that never responds to emails. They ripped me off for $400. I will never buy from this place ever again. Other places have fixed their screw ups within a day this type of behavior from a big retailer is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. Photos show what I recieved vs. What was on their site.
Updates:
1. This place then barely responded to anything.
2. Had me send their fake/wrong shoes back to them.
3. Dragged their feet in responding until the date when the ability to make a claim through paypal was about to expire.
4. THEN responded that since I filed through paypal they couldn't do anything.
Now they have their fake shoes to send to someone else and my money. Literally nothing short of thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I tried to order 3 times but every time its appeared an error that my payment cant be proceed. I contact via chat support they told me to try to order from app. Okkkk... i tried it but it did not work... finally i understood that my credit card data was saved without my permition! And Support team told me that only one way to remove it is to delete my account! But i cant do it only them can do it... and its already 1 month since i waiting it and nothing! I trying to contact support but they only telling me that they need to consider something to look at something! Its violation of my privacy! Its look like real scam!
Do not call them if you want to solve a shipment issue. They are super inefficient and they question your ability to make decision. I called them 4 times and spent 40 mins but the issue still was not solve. Thanks to their refunding system I now have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my refund. I deleted the app. Never buying from them again.
If your item is the wrong size, and you wish to return your item it can cost up to £50! Insane! Plus, the fact that "Final Sale" Items can't be exchanged is appalling, if it doesn't fit, YOU RETURN IT!
Dec. 9 I placed an order with them hoping to receive it by the holidays. In a week, when I realized the status of the parcel still hadn't changed and it was still in Canada, I reached out to them asking that they check it ASAP. Apparently they did nothing but replied that such things happen occasionally, so no worries. Still, when I tracked the parcel again and discovered it was still in the middle of nowhere, I asked my money back on my account with no further delays. What did they do you think? Only then they decided to start working on my request and the status of my parcel magically changed in a day - it flew off to Europe. They didn't even say sorry or something - just keep ignoring me as if I've not been texting them every single day in my vain attempts to get compensated for such a delay caused by a simple lack of actions from their side. It's absolutely nonsense and I've never experienced such rude customer care from any of European online retainers! Stay away from them.
Do not shop at SEENSE because their return policy is really bad. I notice my expensive bag was ripped. And I was told by the customer service it was not returnable since it's been a few months. And it was my fault. I use the bag no more then 5 times, and the bag was ripped... no quality control for their customers. And once they sold the bag to you, any damage it's on you.
I bought a PRADA iPhone case. I paid $250.00 yes shame on me. The case is shredding after having it for 4 months and I take very very good care of my things. I went directly to PRADA in NYC Who then told meThat they can't verify that it's authentic from the paperwork that I showed them. I then contacted ssense and they did not help me at all. I bought a pair of leather pants. They were smaller than my smallest pants, I never wore them so I wouldn't stretch/damage the leather, sent them back within 2 days, then they sent me pictures of stain on the lining, saying they won't accept the return, and doesn't matter how many times I tell them that I never wore the item or did anything to cause the stain, they said the decision is final. This is not acceptable for me, I'll pay a lot more on legal fees, so to make them stop stealing other people's money.
I had my car broken into and got a pair of Giuseppe Zanottis stolen. So I decided to buy a new pair on ssense, because the pair I had is no longer available on Giuseppes website. They sent me a fake pair! I didn't say anything to them about them being fake because I just wanted to return them with no issues. I was extremely disappointed because I've heard good things. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, seems to be one big scam.
My experience was nothing less than perfect. I am very happy with both the service provided and a wonderful shipment process. I wish customs was factored in, but that's because they declare value at retail and are in Canada. Otherwise 10/10
I've only ordered from them three times but everything worked out fine for me with shipment to the US. No extra customs hold ups, no duties due, no delays. I have not tried to return anything, however.
I am currently in the process of waiting for management to call me back. I have a bill from the Post Master for $313.00 for a garment that was sent to me from ssense. The customer service person said if an item is over $800.00 the client receiving it MUST pay the customs bill. ( I sent the item back prior to receiving the bill). She said it may not have been explained at checkout and for that she did apologize.

Ordered Dr. Martens boots for my daughter on there website. The website guaranteed delivery in 2 days. On the third day I check the email. Dhl stops delivery. I email the company asking why dhl stopped delivery, instead off calling dhl the company tells me to call dhl myself. I email them back telling they should take care of that and provide ETA. Then I get 2 conflicted emails first email saying they resolved the problem, and another email saying dhl doesnt have my apartment number and I should contact them to give them my apartment number. It's been a week I still dont have the boots and my money. After reading the reviews I see that there are hundreds of others this company defrauded out of money. Iam contacting the federal trade commission and the police. This company needs to be investigated.
