These guys are real quick to take your money, however try and return something or get a refund and they put you on the back burner. They don't answer phone calls, take a couple days to respond and then never get back to you. They say you must have an RA# to return something, however you can be within return policy and they won't issue one to you. You must dispute the charge to get anywhere with these fraudsters.

I placed an order online. They charged my card when it was supposed to ship, but it never did ship out. When asked about this they said a refund wasn't necessary bc I was never charged. I sent them a picture of the charge on my bank statement and they have now decided to stop responding completely. I've sent at least 5 emails and not a single one has gotten a response in the last week. Before this issue they were responding within the day. Very unprofessional for a business to be stealing people's money and ignoring them when they want it back.

I tried to cancel my order that didn't ship for 2 months. They would not respond. I purchased somewhere else thinking they would never ship. Finally my order arrived. I had to send ten messages on their awful ticket system and wait another month to get a reply. I returned the order. Two months after they received it back I was never credited and they would not respond to messages. Had to dispute it with my credit card company and show proof that I returned it to src to get my money credited back from capital one. Never buy from Srcvinyl!

This website, as far as I can tell, is a complete scam. I ordered a vinyl record a month ago that even now is still in 'processing' status despite their claims that orders process in 1-2 business days. I opened a ticket to ask why it was still in processing and hadn't shipped yet, and waited almost 2 weeks for a response. Then they had the gall to tell me they didn't have the item and stock, and weren't even sure IF they would get more in stock. Not when, but if. How on earth do you advertise and sell items that you don't even possess? I requested to cancel the order, but from what I've read that's going to take a stupidly long time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Based on other reviews, I'm inclined to believe they don't have any stock at all and are a completely fake business.

I've ordered off of many, many, varying record stores and marketplaces, never had an experience as bad as the one SRC gave me. I ordered two vinyl, received two of the same vinyl, and when I contacted the store to get the correct second vinyl, they told me THEIR website description was actually wrong and that it was supposed to be for a single vinyl, and that they wanted the second vinyl back. At best they are prone to making mistakes on their 'professional' website, at worst they intend to false advertise. I recommend shopping at literally any other record store.

This company is horrible! I ordered over $100 worth of records on their website. Two months later, after many emails, phone calls, and reaching out of facebook with no reply, I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. They took the money right after the order but never sent any update on ship date or what was taking so long. No one would answer the phone and the emails I got back were auto reply "we are working hard to answer all emails" (they must not be since all of mine went unanswered for over a month). I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 foot pole! Stay away!

So I pre-ordered from this site SRCVinyl.com since December of last year. The pre-order was supposed to ship Jan 26th, been emailing this company for the last few months. I decided to check the bands records label site ( Metal Blade Records) and see that they have what I want in stock and probably since the day they released these records. Not quite happy about this or the website at this point I feel like I was scammed, specially when I go to see my " Ticket " I did with them on their site and now it doesn't work after I try to cancel my order. Not really a nice thing to do to a customer who pre-ordered from you!

I have been to their Niagara On The Lake location a few times now and have never ever been disappointed. There are some bad reviews here yes but I have never had an issue with them. If anything they have been incredibly awesome. I guess the people with good experiences just arent leaving feedback.

I have found some great incredibly hard to find releases from them and have ordered off their website quite a few times too. They also have amazing prices. YES you will have to wait for ones that are on Back Order but that is the chance you take, you just have to be patient.

I ordered a Green Day album in one of my orders that they had in stock while the rest of my order of 5 albums were back order hard to find copies. They actually HELD the copy for the 5 months it took for a few of the others to come in. THEY DIDN'T TAKE ANY MONEY FROM ME to hold it. I even offered because I didnt think it was right for them to no get paid for it, and I didnt want it to get sold; but they said it was okay and too just pay when the rest was in. That my friends is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You wont find that at Sunrise or any other record store.

If you want a great deal and are willing to wait if they dont have it instock I highly recommend this store.
Dont let the bad reviews scare you away because it is well worth the browse; you definitely wont be disappointed!
