Hi. I have also left a review for them which is just being reviewed. I was just there yesterday and have been going there for about 3 years now. They are a legitimate company and despite what all these negative remarks here are about, DO have great customer service. I ordered a bunch of records from them like 5 months ago and they had only one in stock. They held it for me for no charge until yesterday when a couple of the back orders had come in this past week so I picked them up. If you are willing to wait and have patience you can get a great deal and they will eventually show up, you just need to be willing to wait. I still have 4 more records in that order that will come soon, but for the price they charge I definitely don't mind waiting. I hope this helps in giving some people some reassurance.
