Bought this app to monitor Snapchat on daughter's phone. She had an iPhone, but two way authentication was turned on and it can't be turned off, so we got her an Android just to be able to use this app. I haven't been able to see any data, as it just keeps saying "Snapchat is not installed on the target phone or notifications isn't turned on." Snapchat is installed on the phone, and notifications is turned on in the apps section of her phone and in Snapchat as well. I've tried all the trouble shooting steps and it still doesn't work. Waste of time and money.

Do not go to this unprofessional service! I have wasted so much time emailing this company, only to get replies filled with attitude and discrepancies. I was unable to use their product due to technical issues and being unable to create an account because of having to go through several loopholes so I requested a refund. They said they would give me half of my money back, and then they went back and said they would give me a full refund (which I agreed to). A week later half of a refund showed up in my account and I emailed asking why when they said I would get a full refund and they said that I agreed to a half of a refund, when I did not, and I have the email exchange to look back and see. They will steal your money! Do not use!'

Took my money without providing any activation email. After contact they said they couldn't find my account even after showing them my bank statement. They told me to report it to my bank to get my money back. Once it hit them they took back the money and have been giving me different refund offers without any service, I spent $79.99 and first they offered me $40 and then another email later $50. Can you imagine offering $50 of someone stolen money back. I contacted before 30 days, received no service, and have gotten no help and have not been talked with by higher ups like I asked to. I'd give zero stars if I could. Theives.

Terrible customer services charged my card twice and refused to given me a refund for eight weeks. You also can't use it if your device has two factor authentication

The Spyic app is useless and unreliable. If I had known this, I would not have purchased this fake app. The Spyic map shows the location of the targeted phone at several different locations at the same time even when the targeted phone is at my home. When I contacted their customer service, all they could say is "the app is not realtime, you do understand." Well, yes I understand now and I encourage folks to not waste their hard earn money on this useless and unreliable app. If you buy it, then surely you will be sorry!

I paid 119.98 USD which came out to 162.70 CAD. Even sent them copy of the charge on my CC account. They were only going to refund me 70USD and in the end refunded me 90USD which came out to 114.37 CAD a difference of 48.33 CAD. Telling me that was the best they could do. They obviously don't stand behind their product. I contacted them within 24hrs of the purchase. Letting them know the app was not collecting information correctly and certain parts of the app was not collecting information at all. I am very technical and the app is garbage this company ripped me off, my suggestion is don't bother purchasing it unless you wish to loose money.

When I signed up their software would not work and I emailed them immediately the day of and asked for a refund and they said they would give me a refund only after a ton of back and forth hassle and now it has been over a month and they still have not refunded me and they told PayPal that they couldn't refund me because they didn't have enough information when they how they needed was my email to take my money but now they're lying and I really hope nobody will use them, I'm an honest person trying to protect my children online and this is what I have to deal with it is ridiculous!

What really got me is I saw lots of websites saying that Spyic was a legit platform but clearly they have enough software writers to post stuff online to make it look like they're legit but they are not take it from my real American living in Boise, Idaho, United States... These people will just take your money I promise you!

Oh and the best part is when I tried to email them a few times their inbox said it was full so I couldn't even send an email to them! The fact they won't refund my money when I didn't even use their service is the worst part though!

I thought I did enough research and there were enough websites saying Spyic was a legitimate company but when I realized their software was junk and canceled the exact same day that I signed up they have done nothing but lie and say they would refund me and it has been weeks now when they said a refund would be coming to my Paypal account in 3 to 5 days when I did a resolution with PayPal they came back and said that spicy blamed me for not giving them information to provide a refund which is an outright lie because all they needed was my email and that's all the information they had in the beginning anyways, please beware and do not use them, SPYIC IS nothing but a SCAM!

Beware! Advise to steer clear of Spyic. My only use for Spyic was to monitor my teenagers' phone. I signed up for a year of Spyic paying $129, and that is where the trouble started. Right after signing up, I went to register my teenagers' iphone as the target device. The problem is 2 factor authentication with Apple. The Sypic program asks for the target number and says immediately that 2 factor must be turned off. You may have been able to do this in past, but you cannot do it now. Not for an existing Apple ID or a brand-new apple ID. Period. This was confirmed via phone call with Apple tech support. Spyic tech support insists it can be done, just create a new Apple ID they said. I did create a new Apple ID, went through the process and called Apple personally. Spyic is using outdated information, Apple no longer allows turning off 2FA for a new ID or if its been turned on for two weeks for an existing Apple ID. I requested a refund with Spyic and they only offered $100, after initially offering only $50. Keep in mind this was the day after I purchased the product which I was never able to use once. Why not the full amount? It comes down to integrity. Bottom line for the Apple iphone user, Spyic's product does not work unless the target phone has 2FA turned off. Save your money and look elsewhere. Waste of $129 that I had to file a dispute on my credit card for. Total rip off.

It works just fine my husband has been illegally tracking me and my kids so
He can sneak out so for all you cheaters out there it works

Literally this app continues to not update every 30 minutes it disables itself and doesn't assist or give accurate information for set up on the newer android phones

Searched website and more for info on iPhone 11pro. All seemed good but need to turn off 2factor authentication for software to work. Can't do on Iphone 11.
