It's very hard! They only email and it's always between 1am and 3am.
They are also rude and condescending in their answers.

They are most definitely a scam as when I email them I get back messages saying that their inbox is full and then when they finally do respond they say that they're going to refund me and nothing ever happens!

Because when you look up if they are a scam or not it says that they are not but they must have a lot of web developers writing were clearly r especially when I canceled the same day I signed up the minute I realized it wasn't working right I'm talking within a few hours I canceled and it has been over a month and promises of refunds it never happened I cannot believe this!
