Complete garbage product. There's no way to install this if the Apple ID has been in place for more than two weeks. You cannot disable two factor authentication more than two weeks after it's initiated. I contacted the company and they have been absolutely worthless in helping me resolve this. Multiple emails requesting my money back and I can't get them to do anything.

Horrible customer service. They only email you back in the middle of the night.
Charged my card twice and refused for 2 weeks to give me a refund. Then only would refund half of the subscription price.
I had to call my credit card company.

You cant use it if you have 2 step authentication on the iphone.

I never even got to try it, and they did everything they could to not honor the money back guarantee!

It was extremely useful and convenient for my family, particularly when it came to monitoring my children's and wife's phone activities and locations. For a one-time fee, I was also able to remotely access their phones and block some malicious apps and websites, in addition to many other features!..

They deserve a Negative 5 Stars!
Stay away. Donot purchase this one! Does not work and impossible to get a refund although requested the refund within 15 minutes after purchase!
Was first redirected to Paddle, then after 10 days to Paypal... really very bad! They just try to toss the customer from one entity to another.

I would literally give this zero stars if I could. I paid for this subscription to use on an iOS device. The website said the device must have 2 factor authentication turned off, bot not to worry because there was multiple ways to do it. Well none of them worked and after spending HOURS on the phone with Apple support, the new updates in place cannot turn it off. So the program is no good to me. I have been emailing support at Spyic - which is terrible customer service for about a week now and they refuse to refund all my money. They are a bunch of scammers. I wouldn't buy their product, even if it worked on Android, knowing they are ripping off others.

Had technical issues around 2FA. Their tech support says to create a new iCloud going. This is a NO-GO. How can u monitor a device and tell that person to get a new iCloud id?

The worse part is NO REFUNDS - I requested as soon as I got this technical block. So far 14 days now - no money back. I don't recommend them if this is the way they do business. All they advertise is absolutely lies.

Do not purchase this software. Horrible experience. Never got it to work. They apparently do not do their research, 2fa cannot be turned off per Apple.
The website says 60 day refund guarantee, false, they are refusing to give me credit. Stay away from this company

This spyware only works on older phones. No access to anything on newer phones except text and gps. Takes 24 hours to update info and gps says "private location". You cannot see any social media or WhatsApp. And they do not give you a full refund when you start to mention these problems, they do not give you back your money "60 days back guaranteed" it's lies to keep your money. Also there customer service is the worst! There is someone with a fake name "Betty" taking to you and they just repeat the same thing over and over. Save your money and look for another spyware!

Spyic's advertising says that it works with iOS without needing to jailbreak the device. Their instructions say all you need to do is turn off 2-Factor Authentication. Once I bought the software subscription, I discovered that Apple no longer allows this. Spyic's website says you can call and have 2FA turned off. This is not true. I spent $129 on a program, knew within 30 minutes that it was not going to work, requested a refund in less than an hour, and was denied a refund even though the purchase was made based on their misleading advertising.

Could not turn off two factor authentication. Oh, per the fine print, we take half of your money! No use of product, can't install product, but we still get paid for no product or service. BEWARE PARENTS!

Couldn't install the app due to 2FA on iCloud account, their workaround is to set up a new id which doesn't work as Apple rep confirmed all accounts require this going forward.

When asked for refund the refuse even though they advertise a 60 day money back guarantee. Avoid this company and their software which doesn't work.

Had to pay for it just to use it. Found out it wasn't going to work within the hour. Asked for a refund. It's been over 48 hours and I have yet to hear anything back from the company. Now I'm out 80 dollars! Ridiculous is what it is! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SCAM THE WAY I DID!

I purchased this and tried to get it to work for hours but couldn't. A total hassle to try to get my money back. They use multiple 3rd parties out of China to distribute it. Not a reputable company and horrible customer service.

Disappointed in company operations; from install to refund. Initial instructions did not match what my phone interface was displaying that led me to lose faith in their entire product deployment and privacy.
They are based half way around the world. Don't expect a timely back and forth from Customer Service if you live anywhere in North America. I had to really fight with them to get a full refund. Broken English and repetitive scripted answers that don't take into account what you have to say. Complete fabrication of refund policy etc. I did get a full refund, however it took me almost 2 weeks to do so. Therefore good luck.

I just wanted to try the application since they were offering 60 day money-back guarantee. They refused to refund after 5 days I claimed for refund. I would not suggest to pay money for their trial use. It seems their revenue coming just from the money they cut from refunds they promise at their site.

This is a scam application. I have the target phone with me and I have never been able to track it with my other phone. Just marketing hype with no results. Shame on the developers. I just need my money back
