PLEASE READ THIS B4 YOU BUY, STAY AWAY!

I purchased this software, I received the welcome email which prompted me back to the page asking to pay for the software again. I called their customer services for assistance and after a few rings, the recording states along the lines of "we are busy please call later and hangs up". I called again and selected a different department option and again it had the exact same recording and I called every other department option available through their automated system and all the departments had the exact same recording. I couldn't get through to a live representative according to their site it is misleading consumer to think that someone is available for support 24/7l! I immediately emailed them which prompted a chain of emails between their automated email responses stating someone will get back to me. When I did get a response from one of their agents through email, I've been getting the run around. This prompted me to check their reviews, I just wish I would have looked at the reviews before I made this purchase because some of the reviews said upon a refund request they try and negotiate your refund and at times will not return your money. I finally got an email stating they are sorry to see go but I will not be getting a refund due to the following reasons 1. Do not like Spyic, 2. Do not have any use for it 3. Changed my mind 4. Made purchase by mistake and these reasons do not qualify for a refund according to their refund policy. However upon further review, their refund policy none of that is llisted and at it says is I am entitled to a refund within 60 days so again this is misleading the consumer. This is awful, I am very angry, I took my business elsewhere and am fighting to get my money back! I called them over 20 times and was unable to get through to a live representative. I have a long long email chain with different Paddle representatives and I keep getting the around. I tried their virtual chat and again its a Bot and not a live representative, this Bot gives you the option to cancel the subscription and then gives you a list of reason why you are cancelling however all the options listed are reasons to disqualify you from getting your refund! They are very smart in the fact that they want to keep your money so if you select one of their listed reason for cancelling then you can forget about your refund! I am still waiting on a supervisor to call me regarding my request for a full refund. After several attempts through email communication, still no response. Look at some of the reviews, this company is SCAM, they try to negotiate a refund. On one of their emails they stated that I am fortunate to even get half my refund. What kind of company is this and tries and negotiate a refund.
Their website sates every refund is eligible with 60 days! Their website also states 24/7 customer services assistance and a virtual chat 24/7 but they do not tell the consumer that its all automated. On my email responses they provided me another telephone number to call for a live representative but that went straight to their voicemail server. On their first email decision they said I am not entitled to a refund because I fall under one of these: 1. Do not like Spyic, 2. Do not have any use for it 3. Changed my mind 4. Made purchase by mistake. Which I responded to them stating I never ever used one of these reason for cancelation. Its their lack of support and false advertisement to the consumer and now they are trying to negotiate my refund by wanting to give me only 50% of my money back! I've asked for a supervisor over 5 times through the multiple email chains to different representatives and still have not heard back!. STAY AWAY... this company is based on Europe so American are at their mercy! Please do not do business with this company, if you do, good luck trying to turn off the automated renewal...
