They take your money, and give you NO information. The person I searched has a HISTORY, oh but they cant be located. What a load of crap and waste of money. DONT EVER EVEN TRY! Than bam you get $30 charge for getting told a lie. Oh and no refund policy. Of course you scammers.
Oh and their reply below of "they will fix the customer problem" or "the information was probably not publicly available" is also a load of crap, just another way to make them self look good. Did not fix anything, and any serious charges will be available publicly ESPECIALLY when paid for such records. No big sentence is a secret. Just more proof, its a scam.

I've looked up my family and their significant others. All of them had inaccurate information. A couple of them had so much missing information it was useless to have even looked them up. Others had just plain ole blatantly wrong information. So glad I only paid $2.00 for unlimited service for the, even that was too much money spent.

Its very limited to what you find. I typed my name and it only gave me certain information. Nothing of any of my social media or could not find any old email address. It even states that there is no information of a drivers lic.

I ran a check on myself and it least half of the info provided is inaccurate. Example I have 1 bankruptcy. There is another guy on here with a different name. Most of my driving record has been expunged 2yrs ago. Phone info and email is false also.
I contacted SpyFly the day after the first payment was pulled out of my bank account. They listened to me. I explained that I would not be needing the service. They offered me several different offers. All sounding good. I don't need the service. They refunded my money right away. They say up to 10 days, but I had my money back in my bank account within 24 hours. The people were very nice to speak with. Do you find this odd? I do too. But that is how it went, and I am very grateful to get my money back. I did pay the 2 dollars. And it was worth the 2 dollars to do my quick search.

I seemed to get more consistent information before I paid for a monthly subscription. Now every time I search hey phone number it tells me that there is unknown information about that number... it's only been about a week and a half I hope it gets better...

I've tried, several other background, sites an I like this one so far the best. I hate the ones that tell you for &$1495 your gonna get access to unlimited searches and could veiw everything, than my first name I enter, I got hit for $9.00 to see report, that was not even close to what I can see on yalls report. I will be signing up after my trail, if it keeps running smooth like it has all day.
Two most important addresses I needed were wrong. On both I received notice from Postal Service that address was unknown (return to sender). In addition on 1 I received indication from Facebook that the person had left the area.

Your records are not accurate or current. I checked on two people whom were both arrested and there is no record or info on arrests, one is a felony arrest and the individual is in jail now. I am Canceling membership immediately... Very disappointed in your service, would not recommend your website.
