Spoonflower

I tried the spoonflower peel and stick wallpaper and it did not stick well. First it bubbled underneath where it did not stick and then started falling off the top corner about a week later. I followed the instructions on prepping the wall, however customer service said it can have no texture on the wall. I'm not sure that there are walls with no texture, unless you put it on a new build and put it directly on the drywall. This isn't the case with any other peel and stick wallpapers I have used. There were also marks on the wallpaper. Very disappointing when I spent $243 on a 4 ft wall. I contacted customer service, but they will not do anything.

I ordered 2 rolls of 5 different wallpaper designs. Once they were installed and dried 6 of the 10 rolls had manufacturing defects, the left side of the wallpaper faded to a lighter color resulting in striping in the overall fabric. In between my 1st order and it's installation i ordered another 15 rolls for another location on the project. I contacted Spoonflower and provided pictures of the defective wallpaper and they sent me 6 new rolls. Well of course i had to then pay my installer to remove the defective wallpaper and also to reinstall the 6 rolls, at my cost. When my installer was done with the replacement of the 6 new rolls he started on the 15 roll installation and ended up with 5 extra rolls. I contacted Spoonflower and requested the chance to return and get a refund. They told me that there policy is they don't except returns. Well my policy is I don't pay for installation of materials 2X when the problem is not of my doing, but i had to make an exception due to the circumstances, but they didn't want to make an exception to their policy, but had no problem with me having to make an exception to my policy. Poor and short sighted customer service, i will never use then again.

Ordered on 15 nov and had confirmation email followed by several advertisement emails, then on 22 nov received an email simply saying they cannot print my design and i will be getting a refund, ive asked why this happened but no reply, the refund has been issued and it states it can take up to 30 days, im not happy as there was no indication my order wouldnt be available
