We have been ordering from SPLASH WINES for close to 2 years. Since we began to order I cannot recall that we have visited our local liquor store. The service is excellent and most wine is above average. We have ordered specialty cases and they are excellent. I see that some of the reviews indicating the winds are ordinary and the service was poor. I can only speak for our experiences and they have been excellent. Any time we have had a question, if phone number is supplied and all you have to do is call it. I have left a voicemail which was promptly returned and the issue resolved. We use the service in Kansas and Florida and recently recommended it to friends in Tennessee and Texas. Both tell us they are delighted with the wine as well as the service.

Clearly we are big fans and highly recommend SPLASH WINES!

Splash is our go-to for discount online cases. They have so many promotions throughout the year that it's easy to find a few that fit our wants, and for $7-10 a bottle delivered, you really can't beat the prices. We have found a bunch of wines that we really enjoy on here and have rarely had a bottle that wasn't at least decent. With no obligations, you really can't beat it as far as online wines go.

I have been purchasing wine from Splash for a number of years and have been so happy with this company. Whether I build my own case from their shop or allow them to curate it for me, the wine is excellent and at a fraction of the cost of buying the same wine in a store. Over the years I've had only a couple of times I needed to contact them and they always make it right, no questions asked. Customer Service is always reachable, friendly and accommodating. I truly love being able to pair wine with our dinners and with Splash I always have a wide variety of tasty wine on hand to choose from. I highly recommend Splash Wines!

I have been buying from Splash Wines for several years, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their wines or their friendly and thoughtful customer service. Besides keeping my wine rack full (wine closet, actually!), Splash is my go-to source for thank-you gifts for friends and for thanking building staff and vendors who have gone the extra mile for me.

The selection of wines is varied and interesting, and their quality is consistently good, even for the lower priced selections. They keep up a flow (not annoyingly often) of creative sales and special assortment cases. And best of all is their "if you don't like it you don't pay for it" guarantee, which encourages me to go ahead and try any interesting-sounding wine they offer. And because they specialize in wines from around the world, I can try wines not available locally.

I don't regret becoming a Founder Member and can only speak for the reds-but I love every bottle that was delivered with the exception of one brand (2 bottles). My husband and I both agreed the wine was not appealing so I told Splash to never send that one brand again. Not only did customer service refund the money, they also allowed me to keep the unopened bottle which I'll be giving away this Christmas (ha ha). I highly recommend this company and we all know that some companies aren't who they portray to be-but Splash Wines is.

I am so happy that I found this site to purchase wines from. I don't normally purchase very high-end bottles, but rather everyday table wine that is of good quality at a reasonable price. Something you can just sit around and enjoy. Or to enjoy a nice glass of wine or to share at dinner. I have an Angela Pinot Noir at the bottom of this review and it is extremely good. They also have the best customer service people who are always willing to help. I've belonged to several wine clubs before and I have always found them to be burdensome after a while. I can finally say I found one! Plus there's no membership to join if you don't want to, but I did become a Founder member so I could get Splash Cash at higher rate, which over the past (almost 2)years has allowed me to get two free cases. Sign up just to get the email specials and try some. You'll be glad you did.

I like "WINE", Red wine, Splash has given GREAT SERVICE, Great Wines and GREAT PRICES from around the World on orders! I thought it may be a scam due to their prices! Wine in the stores are at least twice the price. I enjoy the delivery to my front door as well! I became a member and enjoy the FREE SHIPPING! I did receive one Red Wine from Southern California that was not good, I mentioned it to the agent while I was ordering another 18 pack of Red Wine, She asked the name of the wine, I responded and she looked up my order to see if in fact I had received that particular wine, She gave me a choice, ""SPLASH CASH" or pay for a 15 pack and get three bottle of another red. I took the Splash Cash. Splash Cash, I have used the Splash Cash several times to lower the cost of boxes of wine, Splash Cash is another service that puts the Company Number ONE in My Book! This Company is on the Correct Path to "SUCCESS"! GREAT WINES AND GREAT SERVICE!

I've tried many wine delivery services over the years and hands down I will only order from Splash Wines. Most all of the wine I've ordered has been outstanding, if I do happen to try one that is not to my taste, Splash Wines is happy to give me credit or add an extra bottle of my choosing with my next order. Their prices are incredible and I love their wine. I became one of their "Founding members" which includes free shipping for life. I've dealt with other online wine services that charge up to $40 shipping in addition to a case of 12 that cost $150! Never again! I only order from Splash Wines and have told many friends about Splash and now they're solid members! I highly recommend them!
Also, if you do get an email from Splash Wines, check to be sure that the email address is from Splash Wines customer service. I've gotten spam emails that look like their from Splash but they are not!

I have received 29 shipments in the last 4-1/2 years... probably close to 500 bottles. As a Founder Member, there is no shipping cost. I like getting wine from different regions and have personally never had a bad bottle. My son and my sister hit my wine hard one night and claimed to have had a bad bottle, but I never saw or tasted the evidence so the claim is still suspicious. About a year or so ago I signed up for their Subscription program - Vineyard Red (17 bottles for $99) every other month. Earlier this year a Mixed shipment with 7 bottles of White wine showed up. I emailed Splash pointing out the error. In only about two days, a box with 9 bottles of Red wine showed up. I was impressed that their delivery time was less than I expected for an email response. At $6 a bottle showing up at my door, I couldn't be more pleased with Splash. With all the crazy things to worry about in 2020, shopping for wine is thankfully not one of them. Splash has me covered. I enjoy these wines as an occasional social drinker, and I will share my wine with others. Delivery drivers call me their favorite customer.
