Super easy by phone or email. They are very responsive.

Their response time is excellent. Send a quick email and everything is taken care of.

Very easy, with the rare occasion when they don't answer due to COVID-19. But, when I get someone, they are so nice you almost don't want to get off. If you have a complaint, call them up and they'll make you whole again.

Is it very easy to contact their customer service team. Either a phone call a way or email that get promptly responded to.

Customer service is only an email away. They've always responded positively right away.

I placed an order and after an immediate confirmation email from Splash, I wanted to change my order. I called Splash Customer Service and it was handled immediately. Another time, an order I placed at the height of Covid along with a million other people got delayed. An email from the CEO was received which apologized and explained what happened and how Splash planned to fix it. Fix it they did because my orders usually show up sooner than I expect them to. Great Customer Service and leadership!

Easy. One shipment was mangled by UPS. We got in touch with Splash and a replacement shipment was shipped the next day.

Extremely easy. They respond to email inquiries in 24hrs and they have a toll free number that's attended during business hours.

Incredibly easy. Have never had a problem and on occasion, my calls been answered by the COO. They are very responsive to any issues (my only issues were actually with Fedex, not Splash, but they took care of it anyways).

I have had to call and email in my past 6 years with them... I always get them right away or they respond back the same day! Awesome service!
