I placed an order and after an immediate confirmation email from Splash, I wanted to change my order. I called Splash Customer Service and it was handled immediately. Another time, an order I placed at the height of Covid along with a million other people got delayed. An email from the CEO was received which apologized and explained what happened and how Splash planned to fix it. Fix it they did because my orders usually show up sooner than I expect them to. Great Customer Service and leadership!
