Very easy. I call their 800 # and I get a customer service rep almost immediately.
Very easy. Someone has always personally my calls! I'm on a first name bases with them. They're wonderful people, so happy to help!
Customer Service Reps answer promptly, are helpful and friendly. I have no complaints! Be aware of the time zone for Idaho.
They answer calls immediately, or return a message within one day. Always courteous and informed.
