Customer Service Reps answer promptly, are helpful and friendly. I have no complaints! Be aware of the time zone for Idaho.

Super easy tg contact CS at Splash Wines during their open hours. Whether online or on the phone they are there for their customers. After hour emails are returned by the next business day.
