I paid almost $30 for over night shipping this was on October 13th, today is the 16th still no package! Can't even track my package. I will be calling the better business place and 7 on your side. This place is a joke! And why can't I get a hold of anyone concerning my oreder?!
I bought 2 costumes and both were missing items from the packages. I went back to the store and was told that I couldn't get a refund because refund date was on the 19th but items were bought on the 25th they even told me I couldn't exchange so I was basically stuck with incomplete costumes. NEVER again am I spending me money here. Customer service is very unprofessional both in store and over the phone. The guy basically told me it's my responsibility to check all of the items. Don't they ask to NOT open packages? SCAM
I had placed an order online and had never received my package, when I called the customer service number to find a solution, not only was the ascoiate unhelpful, but they were rude aswell. The first once refusedan to connect me to a supervisor and they have not even tried to find a solution I asked if they could ship out a new one and they said no I asked for a refund and they said no. They are very unhelpful and should really be retrained.
So here is an update... you responded after I gave my acct info saying you would look into it... and I have sat in your "live chat" for 30 minutes without anyone helping me... i sat on hold today for 30 minutes with ur operator manger and all I have found out is "they dont know" so... do I need to find ANOTHER costume or is that one still coming? Will I have it by next week? What happened to my refund for the first costume? What happened with the 2 cans of body glitter and the red lipstick? Is that stuff still coming ir do I need to get a refund on that and buy it again elsewhere? I work really hard for my money for the stuff and my money to just disappear. This was supposed to be the best halloween sunce it is my daughter's last and it has become a nightmare... i dont even know if I HAVE a costume? It is really aggrivating and stressful and not getting answers make is that much worse...
Said I never picked up order when it was to be shipped. When I told them that the order was to be shipped because I paid shipping they told me no I wasa to pick up? Then why was I charged shippiong you liars?
I ordered $60 worth of stuff from this company six weeks later nothing I sent them multiple emails nothing in return. This company is a scam going through my credit card to try and get my money back.

Ordered my daughters costume which she was so excited about, paid for 3 day shipping, here it is 6 days later and nothing! Halloween is in a few days and I may need to find another costume, spend more money and disappoint her! I tried live chat, emails, call backs... NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME. I have visited alot of spirits but the store Manager and her son have to be the worst employees I ever came across. Very rude and unprofessional. MaryAnne needs to get off her high horse and learn to Manage her team especially her son John. Which I think is unprofessional of Spinit Allowing even if they have been grand fathered in family shouldn't be managed by family.

Was Told that the store was Open 10:00am - 6:00pm. Drove 20 minutes to the nearest store and the doors were locked so we called the store and their lines were offline. Then I tried to leave a review somewhere else and it wouldn't let me so I'm fuming rn.

Bought a purple fire and ice spotlight on-line. Plugged it in when I put up my outside decos and it lasted less than one hour. Several days ago "customer service" said they would send another and I would have notice of that later that day or the next day. Obviously NO notice and NO replacement. Was not given the option to return for refund and they told me to "throw away" the bad one. Also known as the evidence! WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO STAY IN BUSINESS?

I ordered 2 t shirts in SEPTEMBER and never got a single email or anything telling me where it is, AFTER Halloween I called them because I still didn't get my items, they told me on the phone that my item was brought back to a warehouse in the beginning of October and a refund was intended to be issued.
I've called every week, and I get the same answer, I still haven't gotten my refund or anything, no emails telling me about what's going on, NOTHING, even if there's a bigger issue that I don't know about I'm starting to take this terrible service personally.
I'm downright being ripped off, spirit Halloween has essentially STOLE money from me, once I can figure out how I'm getting my money back I'm NEVER buying from their website again
Like many others, I preordered the Hocus Pocus Funko Pop figures during Spirit's first round of ordering available. Fast forward to after the expected date of 9/30 that I was given, and I asked for an update, as my order states "in process". I was told verbatim "it appears your order encountered a feed issue between our system and our warehouse." And the only "remedy" is for my to cancel my first order and re order. Why can't my first order just be put back into the system? Also, if a business has an order that is stagnant for 3 months, why is it not checked on? The answer to that is they don't look at orders unless asked. My mind is blown and how this company operates... and seeing how there are many of us with this issue for this specific set of items is incredibly suspect. I won't be buying from this place again. Nice sales tactics, Spirit. Hopefully Funko won't give you guys exclusives anymore.
Was told due to covid no changing rooms to try on costumes so buy it take it home if it doesn't
Fit Bring it back for refund or exchange so I took it home didn't fit brought it back now they have no costumes in my size and they will not refund my money because it's past there refund date I bought it after there refund date. Poor management and rude to costumes when you try to return items my family and I will not be buying form spirt Halloween again.
I had a themed wedding to go to Sunday. On that week (Wednesday afternoon) I order a costume and paid extra to make sure it would come in time. $20 for 2 day Priority Express shipping which delivers on Sundays. So I was set no matter what. I noticed Friday morning when checking the tracking they had shipped it Priority mail and that it would not arrive until Monday. Not only is this not on time, it is not express since it USPS guarantees 2-3 delivery at the maximum.
I reach out to customer service through their online chat looking for some easy solutions to this error on their part but I end up getting in a circular argument for hours of how they did in fact ship it express. I sent them all the evidence in photos, their own shipping charts, links and even the FAQ from the main shipping site. None of the evidence was good enough and I even got the response "We couldn't download your info due to weather issues impacting the internet connection."
In the end somehow it was evidence vs their word. I kept pushing the evidence to the point the chat staff disconnected on me - must have been the weather: p
Needless to say, it got nowhere, the package arrived Monday and I ended up paying return shipping for $16 more dollars. It could have been easily solved had they actually were interested in doing their jobs. That was an expensive $36 headache I had to endure - Never ordering from them again.
I purchased a costume early October 2023 and Spirit Halloween sent me a Xlarge when I ordered a medium. I immediately returned the costume. I had to pay the return shipping cost even though it was their fault for sending me the wrong size. After 3 weeks no refund received. I called customer service, and they told me I would receive the refund within 21 days. After 21 days I still hadn't received the refund. I contacted them again and I was informed there was an issue processing the refund and they would have to do it manually and it would take another 21 days. Again, no refund after 21 days. I called again end of December and I was told that the manual refund submission did not go through, and they would expediate the refund via a check. It's now Jan. 9 and I still haven't receive a check. I called again and was informed that their finance department has not yet issued the check. It's like they are hoping we will give up trying to get our refund so that they can keep our money. I have never experienced anything like with any other store. I will never purchase from this store again. Buyers beware!

If you have 2 months to wait for you online order, go ahead. They have lost a longtime customer. My costume never came but they did take the money out right away.

I bought this Posable Dummy Prop 6 years ago and only used it twice. As I pulled it out of the box to use this year, the fabric disintegrated in my hands and the head came out of its torso. NOT THE LOOK I WAS GOING FOR! The material used to construct the dummy is obviously faulty so I figured Spirit would certainly replace it, especially since it is still being sold in their stores. I WAS WRONG. They would not even consider replacement because I had purchased it so long ago. This is a simple low-cost item that they could have easily replaced, instead of doing the right thing they ignored the poor quality of their product and lost a good customer. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SPIRIT HALLOWEEN ANYMORE.
