I followed their return policy to the T and still can't seem to get a refund/credit for the item that was returned. They received the item a month ago and I have placed two calls to them and still have not received the refund for the returned item.
Purchased 2. Order process promised things not real. Then no white glove. Delivery which we paid for was not provided. Many issues with both units. Most serious is the twas hrottle sticks on on which caused an accident which fortunately no personal injuries but unit is damaged and not not able to get service for with her the throttle or the injuries to the unit. Missing parts. Unable to get seat to move forward. Radio does not work. Promised before purchase that there was adjustable seat and tiller which is not true. Anything promised for a sale. Both spin life and Ewheels have ignored our calls. Were assured they would provide service but all calls ignored. E mailed several times with no response. Would wherever buy again or reconnend
I ordered a scooter from SpinLife on 6-11-20 it is paid for in full they have there money but I don't have my scooter
My first due date was 7-2-20 they have set a delivery date two more times no delivery no call as to why no rescheduling. Me doing all the calling they never call back when they say they will actually they never call back. When I call it's like they are reading a script we are looking into it and will get back to you by the end of the day. LOL that never happens. It's 7-13-20 supposed to get that call today. Nothing as of 11:00 am. They always schedule on Friday between 1-5 so when they don't show it's to late to call them until Monday then the cycle begains. I am beginning to think I have been scammed. Wanted a left chair for my husband not buying it here are anything else they have lost my business. Waiting on that phone call and paid in full scooter.
Bought an EW-75 Scooter that had to be replaced by EW-72 after a long wait. I escalated my complaints and was contacted immediately by the Senior VP Pattiann McAdams. She was genuine in her concern for the last minute substitution due to parts' shortages that we even decided to order a Twilight PR-761 lift chair recliner from them because of it. We're ready to go to the local store to make a deal but changed our minds and made it with her instead. She's the best!
The ordering/financing/purchase process could not have been easier. I think my freedom has been restored. Thank you Spinlife

I purchased a scooter that I was told would accommodate me in my house. Well received the scooter in parts so I paid for scooter, shipping and assembly. Come to find out scooter was meant for a house twice the size. My house 1800'. So all the bragging of their experienced staff didn't reflect with this purchase. I paid $1065.60 for scooter then paid for shipping and assembly. A lot of time and money! Then couldn't use it.
Return VERY expensive! Not a full refund, Paid over $400 to have them pick it up, THEN 20% restocking fee. Barley got 5700 credited back to me. Now I don't have enough to purchase something else because they don't do exchanges. So I'm disabled limited income and have nothing! They got their product back and got paid ALOT to get it returned. They received a lot of money and the scooter. I received nothing and have empty pockets SAD

I bought a scooter back in April. Didn't get delivered til July. I paid for additional 2year warranty. After 2nd used it started on week 1 it started making a loud noise. Contacted spinlife and they wanted me to pay $250 for someone to come out and look at it. Or the guy Josh I spoke with told me to spray wd40 on a brand new $1800 scooter. I've now had to Contact the BBB for assistance since the company won't help me

I bought a mobility scooter for my mum less than 8 months ago. It's a Zip'r Roo 3-Wheel by Zip'r Mobility. The product is garbage and the customer service is rude and useless. The scooter has presented issues from day 1 and it has now finally stopper working all together. After various calls (all over 15/20 mins) to see if we could get help, they just kept on hanging up, I've given up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I worked with Todd Kesslar to find the right scooter for me. He was working diligently with me to find the scooter that met my needs. It took some time, but he stuck with me.

I ordered a flex-a-bed hi low with Sales rep Caleb Carter before Christmas and was told I would have the bed in 3 weeks. When I hadn't heard a word from anyone in 3 weeks I called and was told that the bed was never ordered from the manufacturer because white glove delivery wasn't available. If I had know I would have ordered the bed from another company. I tried several times to contact my sales rep but he wouldn't answer or return my calls. Spin Life did charge my credit card the day I ordered the bed even though they never ordered it from the manufacturer.
We purchased the Viva Lift Radiance by Pride in 11/2022. The first chair arrived and after assembly, was a non-working chair. So, we had to wait another 10 days for another to be delivered. The box had EXTREME damage and pictures of the box were provided to Spin Life. We should have NEVER accepted the shipment, our bad! Fast forward, on 1/6/24, I emailed Spin Life for problems with chair. Yes, we purchased the 2 year Warranty. I sent them a video of how the chair was operating. They insisted they diagnosed the problem by video, and have ordered the part to repair. Today is 1/15/2024, still no part, and was told there was a manufacturer delay on this part. In the interim, the chair has developed a new issue. I am pleading for them to send a tech out to diagnose the issues with this chair! It is the only recliner in the house for my husband who suffers from chronic back problems, and also knee problems. He's had 3 back surgeries and we need this chair properly diagnosed and fixed ASAP! If you aren't going to fix it, replace or refund the $1623.88. This has been a nightmare of an experience since the first chair and it not working, to this, the second, arriving in a severely damaged/crushed box and now mechanical issues! Terrible experience with this company!

I called spin life to order a wheelchair for my 94-year-old mother and my problems all begin there. On their recommendation, I ordered a basic style and the first one came in a 16 inch instead of the 18 inch that I ordered. On top of that they charged me for two wheelchairs. It took me over two months to get them to credit me for the wheelchairs. I then found out the right wheelchair and ordered that from them. In the end I did order a wheelchair from them but had to send both of the wrong ones back. They would only pay for the shipping charges on one of them. It cost my mother $89 through federal express to ship back the second round one. After many phone calls, I think I finally have gotten my four credits but I'm still out $89. Wow Kimberly, one of the representatives, Was very kind and understanding I'd never do business with these people again. They always act like they have no idea what you're talking about and for some reason they don't seem to be able to keep track of what they're doing in their transactions. Don't do business with this company.
Answer: Don't worry with promo or timelines. Run from this company. Worse experience of my life. Run.
