I purchased a travel pro last year for my disabled son. The price was terrific. The decision to buy was a no brainer. It arrived within 4 days. I figured it would take a week or more. Put it together in twenty minutes myself. Showed my son how to operate it and we've had no issues. This scooter has ridden allover the streets of Boston and even Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The only negative is battery life. They degrade rapidly. I have switched to lithium batteries which has increased range by 4x, unfortunately I have yet to get charging the batteries figured out. I have had no reason to call the company and that's a blessing. All companies are short on old fashioned customer service. Click and buy, then you're on your own. If you want and expect the service of yesteryear, go to a brick and mortar store and pay a higher price.
Since 2017 I bought 3 basic scouters for my wife which she enjoyed very much, brought her life a new born feeling, however the travel range was limited for us. This season we have ordered this new improved trip-scouter with a lot of new features, such as longer travel range, more powerful battery, especially easier to connect the battery (not like the old one, it was head ache), nevertheless, better looking too. New one was easier to install and would. Be easy to bring into travel, I order another one today for being company with my wife. Thanks for SpinLife's excellent job!
I ordered my scooter on 10/06 they charged my account and it's now 10/21 & I still don't have my scooter. Neither Spinlife or their carrier have responded to my efforts to contact them. I now want to cancel my order & never do business with them again. They still haven't responded to me so I can't even cancel my order and get a refund so I can buy from somebody else. We're talking nearly $3,400!
I've been purchasing Driver rollators from SpinLife for several years. They keep upping the price and at the same time provide terrible customer service (not telling me it was back ordered). I found the exact same rollator at Walmart for $45 less ($71 versus $115). Do they prey on all the old folks?

I've been waiting for my scooter I ordered back in April. Now June and no scooter. They have changed my shipping date 10 time. Now I just want my $2000 back. I'm going to now contact the better business bureau. I'm just done with the lies

Purchased a mobility scooter for near $3000 with the information that it would be delivered in two weeks. After two weeks I checked and it actually is going to be delivered over two months from the time that they proposed they took my money and I'm going to wait three months for my product instead of two weeks I looked at their website and the information on their website still says two weeks availability.

I purchase the Breezee S4 Mobility Scooter and was inform by the salesman that my scooter would be assemble when receiving it. It was not what so ever. Been trying since March to get them to find out what was wrong with it since I only get 3.8 miles on a half charge. I was informed that I have to pay for the tech to come and look at my scooter. They finally rd me I get a free tech t h e g first time. I paid 6,500.00 for this scooter. It been 5 months and still does not work right. I feel this salesman took me for big time. This is my transportation and I can not go anywhere.
I was on my way to church, and my scooter turned over on me. People helped me off the pavement. The salesman never told me how dangerous 3 wheel scooters are compared to 4 wheel scooters. Sister Mary Faith
White glove service means different things to different people. To me it means faster better service. To SpinLife it means it'll take a while before you see your stuff, we won't tell you when it's coming, and we're actually a little bothered that you called us. You can do better than this outfit.
Horrible service. Ordered a power chair for my mother. The "white glove" service delivered it without any notice and left it at the nursing home without telling us. Did not work out and tried to return it for several weeks. Credit card used to purchase was hacked ( Spinlife and 2 other places only bussinesses where card used, no other purchases on line). They would only refund to the clossed account.

I purchases a spitfire scout 4 by drive Medical $699.99 No shipping fee, No taxes that great.
They did not send me a receipt for my purchase. I had to call the next day for a purchase receipt.
I return the scooter, it did not accommodate my left leg unable to use it. I return it to the
Manufacture direct. I email to let them know the scooter is at the manufacture ask how long will it take to receive my refund 3 -4 week that's a awful long time. I'ts 4 week now and NO refund.
The wrong replacement battery was recommended to me by SpinLife so I had to buy a second battery... both sitting on my credit card.
I had to call in twice to get the RMA sent to me
Now its been 2 months since the return and I have to keep calling for my refund. Still not received.
Last week I called and ordered a $2,000 lift recliner from Spinlife, was to be delivered this next week with full white glove install.
I am disabled, and was informed today via email that the White glove service had been cancelled.
I had to call for a full refund.
I highly suggest you stay away from using this company.

Purchased scooter 2 months ago and it needs repair. Warranty only covers parts, so I need to pay for service call and labor for a scooter that was purchased only 2 months ago. Very unsatisfied with the warranty.

A manufactures warranty will only cover the cost of replacement parts. It does not cover the cost of labor to repair.
