As others have mentioned, there is no customer service. I've called the number listed on their website repeatedly and it's always busy. Want to return a purchase? Don't bother bc returns must be sent to China. It took weeks and a threat to post poor reviews and contact my credit card company to finally receive an address for returns.

I ordered two sofa covers and they were too small. So I wanted to return but they just wrote me that most of the customers are satisfied and didn't say anything about how I can get the refund.

Sneaky company. I wasted all my money.
Stay away from this store.

No Customer Service

This rating should be a zero since there is NO attempt at customer satisfaction. Received a product that was inaccurately sized. Measurements on the website were totally different than the product sent. They want me to return the product to China via the address they sent me with no guarantee of a refund and I must pay for the return. Their website's customer guarantee is a joke. Fair warning…do not order from this "store". Wrote a review on their site, of course it was not printed. Only 4 and 5 star reviews seem to make the cut.

Do not buy from them

Ordered a 2XL hunting jacket that MIGHT fit someone who wears a large at best. $75. Asked for return, all they offer is 20% refund. Sent pictures showing measurements and they say for a 2xl, they are right. Most chest size jackets in 2xl are 44". Returning things to them is a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Another China scam.

Sham of a company.

I so wish I had read these reviews before my purchase! Shame on me - I usually do. I can only say "ditto" about the shoddy service - if any - of this company. Telling me the lighting on my photos of item to be returned (required by them - who else does this?) was bad and offering me 15% of the amount I paid just to keep the item. I am out $28 it cost me to return the item to China. A lesson learned.

I bought two different couch covers from this seller. I was seriously thinking about throwing my couch out. It no longer had the back cushions but occasionally I would fall asleep on the couch. The seat cushions are still very comfortable to sleep on for me. I'm not sure if I bought the right size but it made my couch look a lot better. I now can also use the other partial couch cover with it to give it a multi-color look if I want. I bought three cheap pillows from the dollar store for the back of my couch and put the couch cover over it. I'm happy with the product.

Covers are perfect

I ordered 3 cushion covers for my couch and I am very happy with them. They fit just right and added a pop of color to my couch. The blue complements my pillows perfectly. I just placed another order so I can switch things up when it's time to wash them. I did make sure to measure the size I needed and they fit nice and tight. They are not coming off when my 65lb dog jumps on them. Use my hand vac to vacuum quickly and they are staying nice and clean.

Waiting for my order
November 25, 2022

Ordered a ottoman over about three weeks ago Wrote and asked them when I can exoect a delivery and the given address didn't exist I regret not reading reviews before I made my order. I'll give another review if my order ever shows up. Definitely do your homework before ordering online

BUYER BEWARE.
This "company's" money back guarantee and return policy are fraudulent. The company is based in China and require you to return items to China for a refund even when you've paid for shipping. The contact phone number is a screen.
Lesson Learned. Don't waste your time or money.

Hard to find item!

I ordered from them on May 3rd. My order was sent on May 6th. It DOES come from CHINA. I live in Ohio, USA. I received the item (a cushion slipcover for my damaged footstool cushion) today --May 21st. Fits wonderful! Measurements and color are spot on with the site description. Shipping took a while, but-- wait. It will arrive.

Terrible customer service
November 14, 2023

Received part of my order and didn't care for the color or how cheap looking they are. Reached out for a refund and they asked that I wait another week for the other half of the order. When I received the rest of the order they asked that I take a picture of the items. I sent the pictures and now they will not respond back. I am not happy with this company. Cost alot of money for junk. Give me my money back!

Sent Wrong Item

I ordered 2 of the same items in 2 different colors. They sent me 2 different items in 2 different colors. I asked to return the wrong and get a replacement. At first they asked me to use it on another piece of furniture. It was too big for the recliner and too small for the sofa, so I could not use it. After another email, they provided an address in CHINA, and I would have to pay the shipping. It would cost me more to ship it than I paid for it and I paid $39.99 for the item. So, I just wasted my money. Don't waste yours!

Purchased a canopy replacement for Gazebo $90.00. It isn't what was described and doesn't fit. They charged $7.98 for shipping to me and it costs $300.00 to return. Lost $90.00 not happy and will make a report to the BBB. RIP OFF!

I ordered some products then I realized they were not what I wanted and needed and they were very kind and helpful in canceling my order through email exchange. They do have very nice products and were very helpful in all I needed, I just needed something different then what they had. I give them 5 stars for being so cooperative in helping me cancel and responded very quickly. And yes they are out of China but that wasn't a problem at all it was my fault by not looking at what I ordered better and once again their products are really great just not what I was looking for. They are a very trusted site and canceled my order without any problems at all. And I thank them for being so quick to respond to me when I realized I ordered the wrong things.

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I purchased sofa covers from this company! While they came within a reasonable amount of time, they were not labeled, and when I went to put them on, they did not fit or look attractive in any way like in the photo. I don't even think the material is velvet; it feels so thin. Anyway, as their store policy says, they will issue a refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied. So, I wrote to them and asked for a return label and a refund. You have to wait an entire day to get a response because they are in China. They responded that they needed a photo of the merchandise. I took several photos and then again asked for a return label. They wrote back the next day saying the lighting quality was very bad, so would I accept a 10% refund? Lighting quality? Really? Accept just 10%? We are not making deals! This company is obviously in China, so it is difficult now to get a refund from them, and I really regret my purchase and should have known better. But I will do everything in my power to try to get my money back. I will be contacting PayPal and then Shopify to see if I can get their store shut down or if they will get some type of fine. This is not good business practice, and if everyone keeps the complaints coming, maybe they will get fined or shut down. I will post my progress if/when I get my refund. There is a reason why Amazon is the go-to store. No hassle returns and they do have these covers. They just didn't have the size I needed. I should have listened to my gut!

Not sure if it is legit store-stay away
March 22, 2021

Ordered chair covers on March 4... confirmed my order was ready to be shipped on same date... todate... March 22nd still no package... Can't wait to see if I was taken... if my cc has been hacked? Pretty worried... So stay away from special Fashion... I now learned that it's located in China? If withing 2 weeks I receive the package, I will modify this review. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

I ordered a simple pair of Christmas sock slippers on December 4. From the tracking package app I realized they were coming from China. They arrived after Christmas. If I had known they were being shipped from China I would not have ordered them.
