The alternator ordered, despite stating being a 14V alternator, is charging at 17Volts.

The alternator was sold to me without a PCM, that regulates the charge. Incomplete, and therefore of no use.

I requested guidance by email on numerous occasions, but they don't respond to any emails.

Quite a bit of money down the drain...

We have been purchasing various spare parts for our company cars (heavy duty trucks, light trucks and passenger cars). Out of almost 30 orders, there is no shipment making me sad. Fixed DHL shipment rate up to 30 kg, dedicated customer support from co-owner Andrei, very good prices for European vehicles, fast shipping... Andrei's title is "customer happiness engineer". Yes, I agree with him.

Only thing I have no idea is the return process because it was never required to return any item.

I was a bit skeptical because of spareto.com's simple site, but the reviews here were part of the reason I took a chance. Glad I did, the prices for the parts and shipping were great, and my order was shipped quickly.

Highly recommended over a bunch of other "UK" auto parts sites that are actually the same company when you check their contacts (check out their reviews and this will be clear). They didn't have my country listed, and when contacted, took ages to respond and were of no help.

Would gladly buy again from Spareto.

Extremely poor service. Parts were not shipped on time but rather three working days later (despite being advertised as next day dispatch and me paying £25.00 for next day delivery!) This resulted in the parts not arriving in time which has incurred me with charges. None of my emails were replied to requesting information on when my items would be shipped, and why they weren't shipped on time. I don't think this company knows what custom service is! Lets hope when the parts finally arrive they are at least correct otherwise I have no chance of getting this sorted!

Please note attached screenshot from spareto listing. Ordered an alternator incl. Pulley and fan as advertised on Spareto shop DT SPARE PARTS ® 3.*******. Received it without the pulley and fan. I requested an exchange or resending the missing parts. Spareto fixed the problem and has issued a full refund.

Am actually based in Accra-Ghana, I paid for a wheel bearing kit for my Mercedes Benz B150 last week Thursday 4th April 2019.

Spareto confirmed payment received on the next day.
Item was prepared this week Monday and item was shipped the next day.

I can't believe it, I just received the part today Thursday 11th April from DHL right to my location.

This is to show my sincere appreciation to Spareto team for the good work and fast delivery as promised.

I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable quality parts and fast delivery to your door step.

I found the most complete and cheapest catalog for oldtimer Mercedes Benz and many other cars at spareto.com. For every part they have different manufacturers. Very reactive staff and delivery.

I was a customer of Spareto and was happy to find them on line.However since my first purchase was approx $10 the shipping. Duty and $20 brokerage fee made my purchase OUT TO LUNCH.
I'LL SUFFER THE LOSE BEFORE I'LL PAY DHL $20 BROKERAGE FOR A $ 10 ITEM
