I placed an order on May 12th 2024 - just a simple t-shirt. Not a pre-order. Almost 50 days later, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I have reached out so many times I've lost count. They do not answer emails or phones. They delete your comments on Facebook. They won't respond in messenger or Instagram. I got bamboozled! I don't recommend shopping with them unless you want to spend money on something you will ever get. Customer service doesn't exist.

I ordered my boots on March 19th. I have not received them to date. I have called, left voicemails, emails and live chat. My next step is taking it to another level if I dont hear anything in a week. Liz Ross if youre reading this contact me. $25 spent on shipping and still no product. Think twice before you order from this Boutique! I wish I had!

Loved the dress. Zipper not so great kept getting caught with dress. Lots of compliments for sure would shop again from Southern Fried Chica!

I received my stunning dress in plenty of time with no delivery issues for New Year's Eve. However the quality of the dress was very poor. Stitching was coming undone in several spots and some of the fringe rhinestones had come off. Much repair was needed before I wore it out.

I recently purchased the white dress accented with silver sequins. It is very flattering on as most of the dresses are from Southern Fried Chics. Their size guide is spot on too. Which you don't have with a lot of online businesses. I highly recommend this item.

The absolute worst experience! Ordered a t-shirt -- it did not come for weeks! They told me it was a special order so had to wait four weeks which I did. Still no t-shirt. Contacted customer service and got a snotty response about how their manufacturer was understaffed. Ordered on July 3rd...it finally arrived on September 5th...only after I filled a case with my credit card company...amazingly it shipped as soon as I did that. And it looks nothing like the picture. It is a super ugly color and the print screening is poor quality. I don't want to return it because all they only offer is store credit and I don't want anything more from this store. Beware...behind the beauty of the glitter and shine something ugly lurks with this company.

I ordered 5 bling cups and they are absolutely beautiful. I've gotten many compliments on them and they keep drinks and ice for a long time. I was sad that only 2 cups came with straws I tried calling but I got voicemail and never got a return phone call to resolve the issue. I could use the same one for my cups but the others were gifts. I ordered a pair of boots from this company. I ordered a half size larger than I wear just to make sure I could wear them. I couldn't even get one one. So I immediately looked for how to return them. After jumping through hoops and requesting a simple return, and even being willing to eat a 20% restocking fee for a product that didn't work through no fault of my own, I was told my return was "rejected" without a reason. So $172.00 later I have a pair of poor quality boots that I can't wear.

Buyer beware. These chics are on the take.

I bought a 3x swimsuit and waited months before I received it. When I got it I was so excited to go to the beach but the suit wouldn't even go over my head. I wear a 1x-2x normally and it wouldn't even go over my head. My friend that is a size 9 couldn't even put it on. I contacted the company and they said "sorry sales are final" not any way to return it because it is intement apparel. Whi h I understand but 80 for a swimsuit that I can't wear is just ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE IF YOU ARE PLUS SIZED!

I had ordered a dress and the wrong size was shipped to me accidentally, I contacted customer service and they immediately got back with me and started working the issue out. It was such a great experience and the issue was quickly resolved and they more than made it up to me. 10/10 I highly recommend SFC because they have the cutest stuff and if there's hiccups in the order process they are rock stars when it comes to smoothing it out.

1st time purchasing a product from southern fried chicks and I wasn't disappointed :) the team sequin dress and tank are so beautifully made. The multicolored sequin moto jacket is the perfect weight as a cover up or summer nights! Will purchase again in the future

I live in New England so I was curious about it...I should also mention that I am almost 75 years old...in the prime of my life. I don't want to look dowdy so the cute clothes intrigued me...when I saw they also showed them on chunky chics my heart started beating fast. So I started buying...and buying...and buying...and I haven't stopped. I was on a cruise and was in one of my outfits and felt like a million bucks and some younger girls came running up to me asking me where I got my fabulous clothes...SFC! If it was one person or two I wouldn't even mention it but I couldn't even count the number of compliments I got. Good for my ego and worth every penny I spent on them...thanks so much for making me feel good about myself again. I threw away my receipts because I didn't want my son finding them so if you don't publish this because of no proof of purchase it will be a sin.

I ordered the neon lights shimmy me dress, and it's amazing for so many reasons. First of all, it's reversible; so there are options for your tator tots! The sequin detail is premium and sturdy, as I wore mine with my toddler to an Easter parade and it held up well! It's also the perfect length, not too short and above the knee. The weight of the dress also helps keep the dress from blowing up from the wind

I got this bodysuit quickly from the time that it was ordered to delivered.
The "rosé all day" bodysuit fits great! I'm a 36DD and usually wear a size 10 to 12 or 30"- 31" for my pants size depending on the brand/comfort level and I purchased an extra large in this bodysuit. It's comfortable and I got so many compliments from strangers (men and women) saying how fabulous it was while we were out celebrating our wedding anniversary. My husband and multiple friends thought that it was a shirt they couldn't even tell it was a bodysuit.

These crazy ppke keep screwing up n blaming computer. Prob should check on that. Sending a sob story of your life doesn't change your business ethnics n it should! Guess some us tk responsible for mistakes, yes I own my own business so I do understand. But I would never say here's your refund, we marked up item n now you can go bk n purchase at higher price. Again lay of the self tanner n those selfie pics and maybe your brain can run a business! Funny how you hv zero return policy on any item you sale! That just shows you stand behind nothing you are putting into the public, shame shame ladies!

Boot had a very small scratch on it when it arrived and let me keep the scratched pair and sent me a new pair! They responded within minutes of me reaching out to them

I was very surprised at how quick I received my items- it being a boutique I figured it would take longer. I am in love with the boots and belt I received- however a couple of the belt gems already has fallen off that's disappointing but overall happy with my order and fast shipping! Recommend!
