Best customer service around! They truly appreciate their customers! Easy to use site and they always have sales! I have been following them on Facebook for years and they are always doing giveaways and interacting with their customers... it's like a big family! I uploaded a recent purchase and it shows how I got a 25% discount just from watching a Facebook live plus a $1.56 credit from my last purchase as my reward.

I have purchased everything from my wedding dress to belts to boots to hats and tons of dresses. I love this store. The footwear is amazing (mine is very sparkly) and the quality is good. I love every dress I have purchased. They give you good size charts per item and use more than one model for the clothes because we are not all a size Small. Love this female owned business and have had many orders through them. They are honest about shipping and processing and it takes a while sometimes to get your things but that is because its a smaller business and they tell you its 10-14 days just to process and pack. Will be shopping from this company for a long while :)

I LOVE my glitter sneakers! They're so cute and fun! The only things I don't like is I haven't figured out how to clean them, so my white pair are turning brown and black from the dirt. The only other thing I don't like is the collar padding by where your Achilles heel touches it, is sometimes really scratchy and makes my Achilles bleed. It's almost like the stitching isn't proper or their glitter on it and it rubs up against my skin. It's not like that on all of them, but my black pair and white pair are like that and it makes my skin bleed. So I can only wear them for like an hour. It'll turn red but won't bleed yet.

First, time ordering! I received my duster in a timely matter, my duster is just so beautiful the quality is definitely worth it! I received several compliments, my siblings will start offering from you all soon. Thank you!

The website was easy to navigate. However I would love to see an option to select my size and be able to view what is in stock with my size rather than clicking endlessly till I found something. The customer service was super friendly and helpful when I reached out after I ordered and did not receive any emails for confirmation or shipping. I ordered a very beautiful dress at an even more beautiful price! I read the sizing provided by the website and decided for myself to size up JUST in case. I could of gone with my normal size but the dress still fits beautifully and I am very happy with it. I've been eyeballing southern fried chics forever now and I couldn't be happier with my first purchase.

I saw a dress on their Facebook group page and I fell in love. I actually kept fighting with myself about getting it, because the price was out of my range. But after a couple of days I was like "what the heck, I'm getting it". Lol When I got their website it was very easy and they had the size I needed, they even have Shopay and that made me even more happy. So I ordered it and in about 5 days it was delivered. When I opened it, It was absolutely gorgeous. Very well made and shimmered so brightly. The dress I got is called Northern lights sequin bell sleeve dress. Thank you for a easy and excellent customer service and shopping experience.

Great first two items I ordered. Third item was a pair of boots which I acknowledged that it would take 30-90 days fast forward 6 months later still no boots and now that I ask for a refund I get no response back.

Even after sizing up from my normal size, the boots I purchased were still WAY too small. From the toes all the way to the heels. They were a sale item so no way to return them. I only have to wear them for a few hours in a wedding party, but still.

Boot had a very small scratch on it when it arrived and let me keep the scratched pair and sent me a new pair! They responded within minutes of me reaching out to them

I received a sherpa as a gift from my co-workers. Obviously, they were guessing about the size and ordered one that was too large. I contacted the company and they told me because the purchaser got a discount, I could not exchange it. That is a PITIFUL way to do business! Don't run the risk and buy from this company?!

I ordered the Cow Print Sherpa Jacket and LOVE It! Although I think I should not have ordered such a big size lol its a great jacket. I normally wear a size XL t-shirt (I like mine a little big) I ordered a size 2X jacket thinking it would run small but it does not! Only thing I don't like about it is that it sheds a lot of fuzz and gets everywhere... if anyone has any tricks to help with that part let me know. I would definitely ordered again!
Delivery was fairly quick considered its Christmas time.

I ordered a dress. When I received it I was so excited. It was made with extremely nice materials. But when I tried it on it was too small. Returning it was very easy & I ordered more dresses! I absolutely LOVE the Quality!
