Very poor service, dodgy deals and false commitments.
When it comes to refund... it is a nightmare. Soon after booking confirmation they start changing the flights dates & timing. Too difficult to get hold of someone on phone. Their phone are most of time on auto repliers. Their flexible ticket means if you refund you will have to pay £200 per ticket. My refund dispute is pending for the last four months
Please keep away from this fraud company.
Very rude service once you have paid your deposit and you can't get out of the booking without losing your deposit.
Over priced and should have done research and listened to others before booking.
Once paid, no after sales courtesy calls to wish you a good trip etc. Very unprofessional staff all based out of the UK ( the one who dealt with us) and pressuring.

Would have thought under the circumstances going on in the world, you would expect extra courteous service especially when you spending a lot of money.
Avoid at any cost, first when you call them they make you talk on whatsapp and take payment.
Once the payment is gone there is no way they will give you any ticket or communication.
I had the worst ever experience in booking a flight with Southall travels. The agent who handled me did not understand me and kept going for 2 hours. After a frustrating conversation of close to 2-2.5 hours I booked the tickets to get it done with only to find that the tickets are way cheaper in the airline site. Don't ever use southall travels
This Company does not in any way honour it's mantra.
Although their invoice states a ' date for any balance to be cleared by ', they constantly send rude and threatening emails insisting that you pay before the due by date.
AVOID THEM.!
Extremely unprofessional people, They will give you good rates, have your monies then refuse to honor their own rates & ask you to pay more closer to the date, then if you ask them for refunds, you will have to do 100s of followups, most of the time they will not take your calls or reply to your email. My friend has also gone through equally bad experience with them, I am still struggling with them from 2 months, Don't fall in trap of theirs. Look for better agencies then them
Do yourselves a favour and do not book with these scammers. I paid extra to able to make one change to my booking but when I tried to do this on my return flight they wanted a extra amount of over £135. When I asked why there was a charge when I had already paid for this facility, I was told the charge was made by the airline and they were just passing it on to me. I phoned the airline about this and the airline told me this was a charge made by Southall Travels and this amount was not being paid to the airline. I made several complaints about this but despite promises no one bothered to call me back.
Southall travel,,,firstly they also known as travel trolley,,,they always quote u high price n convince its the best option,,sell tickets on free date change base which never happens,,,they copy paste airline terms n conditions then simply put everything on airline,,,,i been scammed more then 600 pounds by southall travel,,,avoid them at any cost if u care about hard earned money pay few quids extra n book direct with airline least u ll ve a backup,,am gonna report them to atol,cab,,consumer forum where ever i can jus waitung to get back.
They took my money and provided a fake ticket my sister and two children traveled to get flight but British airways says no booking. There business should removed
Been a happy client of Southall for many years now and I must say they have gone from strength to strength over the years with discounts that almost no one else can match. Always my first choice whenever I am planning a trip to back home to India.
They kind of locked customers, They charged me a lot of money, nearly I paid £1000 extra compare to other travels, I requested to cancel my flight, They said need to pay £300 for cancellation, They request £1080 for deposit, really bad customer service, I request many time need to speak manger, keep saying, we have requested, no one call, two multiple trip to SriLanka charge £3555 and I did date changed they charged additional £150
Hi, I am currently taking Southall to court because I claim to have been misrepresented by the sales person who sold me two business class tickets on the 11 th Oct 2019.
What they did, nt explain to me was that there a three different types of business class ticket through Oman Air (Lite) normal and prime.
I have asked for a transcript of the booking, but so far they have not sent it even though their Solicitors claims that it does exist.
I will report back if litigation takes place in a small claims court and I give full details.
I was looking for the cheapest flights to Bangkok for 3 of us and got what I wanted. If price is what matters to you go for them. Services are average but not hostile. We have confirmed tickets and checked with airline website too.
They advertise prices on various websites at mega low levels. When you call to book those... they are just NEVER EVER available. The once again foreign call centre cannot offer any positive or constructive advice. All they can do is and very well may I add... is to aggravate the situation and yourself! They may offer a date about 6 months away from the date you want to travel in order to say that the lowest lowest fare is available!. Be aware and they give NO REFUNDS though they get the money back from the airlines.
Booked flights which were cancelled due to PIA being suspended. Southall made no communication regarding the cancellation or the refund. I have had to call them to get updates. They have had my refund for over a week now and have not bothered contacting me. They have advised 14 days to process refund when I contacted them. I have used them a few times. You don't know how good a company is till there is an issue. I will definitely not be using southall again.
Recently booked holidays to Dubai with Southall Travel. They offered me a prices of £ 1245 per person. The deal (half board) included stays at Burj Al Arab, one of the world’s finest hotels and return flights. But what really took me by surprise was the fact that they offered me 10% discount on booking and stay more pay less option. It was the perfect luxury holiday deal that I have got so far. Their services are fairly good and representatives are pretty helpful.

The agent didn't offer the best match flight (which I searched and advised about). Thereafter, not the best price matched. When I asked for a price match similar to the airline website, I was advised that the price wasn't at the same terms- which eventually I found out it was same terms and conditions. Moreso, I was asked to make payment quickly or the tickets would be released?
Very misguiding service, I wouldn't recommend the agent at all.
I rang the company today to ask where my refund was the agent made me give all bank details address ect and did not process a refund tried to take £2586 out of my acc, reported to the police beware
Scamming agency- DO NOT USE. They refuse to refund the money for a cancelled flight inspite of airlines saying they have refunded more than a month ago. We have also found out that they lie in their website about being register with ABTA for dispute resolution. This agency SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE! AVOID at all cost! No point in contacting the customer service either!
Me and friends spend over £1500 to go to Australia before Covid and as Covid is an act of god we have only been offered £114 back they care nothing for you don't trust these opportunist scammers.
Answer: In November, Vandana of Southall Travel was brilliant and booked us cheap direct flights to India with Virgin. Last week, we were scammed by two crafty individuals pretending to be Southall Travel. They kept saying that payments had not gone through. In fact, they were repeatedly taking money from our debit cards. They also took money via a Western Union transfer. We have reported them to the Police, Indian authorities and UK banks. TO HELP AVOID BEING SCAMMED: 1. Do not communicate with agents on Whatsapp 2. Directly call Southall Travel yourself, using the number from their website. Currently 020 8843 4444 3. If you are told that a payment has not gone through, please check with your bank before giving more money. 4. Southall Travel do NOT use Western Union at all. 5. Please check the email address carefully. This company had a similar (but different) email address. With the real Southall Travel, I have only had good experiences.
