You buy a product, it takes them around 8 business days to even get started. In less than 24 hours I messaged them and told them if I could please cancel. They charge a 30% "restock" fee even though supplies haven't been pulled. I do not recommend this company.

Placed a custom order 4/16/21 still no product says that it was signed for & delivered to my post office box on 5/6/21. Post office representatives say that no package was delivered signed for or scanned as an incoming package. Reached out two weeks ago through the Soufeel email STILL NO RESPONSE OR PRODUCT. Money down the drain.

Ordered a photo desk mat for my husbands birthday, when it arrived the quality was poor; a crucial part of the image had been cut off and I was too embarrassed to give this as a gift. Having paid over £30 for the item and having checked the policy on their website, I emailed requesting a return due to poor quality and having not received what I had ordered. Their policy states that if this is the case they will cover all shipping and fees. I contacted customer support to be offered a 20% refund or replacement. At which point I had been on here and read some of their reviews, people stating replacements were equally as poor as the original item, plus by the time any replacement would arrive my husbands birthday would have passed. I requested a full refund for the 2nd time to be told to send it to an address in France at my own expense and that I would receive a refund when they receive the item. I challenged them on their policy for returns and asked for them to send me a postal label for the return, to which the return emails ceased with a final email stating ‘Chatty Reyes' had escalated it and it would be resolved within 24-48 hours, after which point I emailed again to be told he was still communicating with the team. Thought I was paying for a quality item just to be ripped off and refusal to return my money or to uphold their own policies. I will be seeking a refund via my Credit Card company. Disgusted.

I ordered a case for my ipods. Received the first time and the picture was so dark and they sent wrong case. It was way too small! I got a run around and they finally said they would send the correct case and re do the pic. I received the second one and it was the same exact thing! Giving a run around again and they don't wanna give a refund! Now I'm stuck with TWO cases that are way too small and the picture on them looks awful!

Ordered a canvas and it came as a thin piece of fabric! This was not stated in the title what so ever & it is not even possible to wall mount these pictures at all. After emailing customer service, I have been refused a refund or any further help with the situation. I am deeply disappointed as the picture is very sentimental to me and I paid a lot of money for something I can't even use. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a heart picture engrave with WE LOVE YOU in the back of it for mother's day. I uploaded a picture of my kids and dogs and asked if it would fit. They said yes and then I receive the heart with just the face of one of my dogs. So I reached out to see if I could get it redone or get my money back. Well they said no because that was the picture I uploaded. I know I did not upload it that way. Went on Etsy a week before mothers day, uploaded the same picture and asked if there was anyway I could get it before mothers day. I did and came out very nice. It was a little more, but worth paying more and getting what you ordered. I did receive a email back from Soufeel offering me 10% refund to use in another order. They can keep it! Not worth it!

They advertise all this beautiful custom stuff. I ordered a custom candle for my daughters college. They charged $32 for a $1 candle and then they slapped a computer printed sticker on it, and even that they couldn't do right. It had bubbles in it. Then they had the audacity to offer me a $6 refund. Horrible disgusting products. Don't waste your money.

I've been trying to contact any of your staff over email, haven't heard back it's been a week, i can't track my package because it says my email isn't registered even thought you guys send the confirmation letter and order number TO MY EMAIL. My purchase was made on 12 Feb 2021. When you are at the end of the purchase they give the option of paying an extra charge and have your product being delivered earlier (which one I chose). Take a look at how was my Order status:

And I only received my product on 11 Mar 2021 by FedEx (which was also a stressful experience due to the lack of updating in their system).
The quality of the product is really good. However, it is worth the attention of their customer service, your plans if it's a gift to someone, and also paying an expensive value to receive a product on a certain date and actually receive this after almost a month.
I had sent an email to them asking about the expensive rate that I paid (and didn't have the product at that time), but no answer so far.

I ordered an item from this website. It was supposed to be processed and shipped within a certain amount of time. No response for a good bit of time. Then I got an email stating there was a problem with the shipping address, namely the town since it was in capitalization. II responded to the company stating that this town, in fact, exists for some time now, and that this is where my wife works, and we live. I got another email stating that it is still incorrect. So, I sent the company an address to my son. He could, in turn, send it to the original address. I am sure that I will be told this address is incorrect as well. I am thinking this company has never shipped to the USA? I have ordered items from many a country and had no issue shipping them to the address.
This was ordered 24 Feb, 2021 with a 6-10 shipment. Since the company can't ship this to my wife's address in the US, it has not been shipped as of yet.
In fact, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia there is no issues. I ordered the same item from another company, and they told me that they can confirm the address. Plus, they have shipped there before. I will just have to remember never to order from this place again.

Where to start. Typically when you buy something from a vendor if there was an issue with your order they will work with you to make it right.
In this case, I miscalculated on the sizing, and when asked if I can return the incorrect size for a refund as I'd already purchased the correct size, I was told I'd assume responsibility for shipping the item back.
Not to the US Hub, but to the original factory in China. This would have been well over $100 worth of shipping to get a $40 refund.
So instead I'll be keeping both bracelets and just reselling the one that is too small at a loss.
Additionally we are already starting to notice tarnishing on the "sterling silver" charms.
Overall poor experience, with a long wait time between initial order and actual delivery.
The one thing I can say was positive is that the charms are universal, so I can buy from any other reputable online shop and they will still fit those bracelets or additional charms.

I ordered a keychain for my son on 1/26/21 for bday/Valentine's gift. Still no keychain. I did receive the wallet cards. Late, but I actually got them. I have tried multiple times, multiple ways to get this resolved. Have not had a call back. The 1st email response seemed automated and wasn't any help at all. Then when I FINALLY got what seemed to be a non computer response instead of saying "we are sorry for our mistake MS. Martin, we will get that keychain right out to you" they are asking for pictures of the mailing envelope. I'm sorry, but I don't keep trash around my house for days. It is very frustrating.

Please don't buy anything from this business. I purchased their Spotify plaque and the express shipping and it still took a month to be shipped. Then when it arrived the entire plaque was covered in scratches and the quality was crap. It's not glass it's plastic and all they do is stick your picture behind it (you can feel it with your fingers). The lights I purchased with it are really low quality. I paid $60 for my whole order and it probably cost them $2 to make this garbage. I have demanded a refund but they absolutely refuse. This company needs to be stopped.

I placed an order for a custom Spotify song card for my wife on February 5,2021. I paid for faster shipping to ensure the item arrived by Valentine's Day, but the item did not even ship until after VD. The item then was delivered to and signed for by someone in New York City, while I live in Tennessee and used my correct shipping information during the order process. I cannot contact ANYONE for customer service help to get this problem sorted out. I am extremely underwhelmed by my entire experience with Soufeel and I would not recommend them. The entire operation doesn't seem like it's on the up-and-up.
