I ordered a memory necklace after my mom passed. As a gift for my sister. I made sure everything was right when I ordered it. When I received it the pictures was up side down and to close. They will not refund my money or fix the problem. I will never order from them again.

I made an order for customized socks 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received anything AND I think I got phished from putting my credit card number on their website.
I placed an order on 11/24/2021 and my order has yet to arrive. Tried contacting customer service regarding matters, was sent a false tracking order and they stated I could not have a refund. These items were suppose to be Christmas gifts for my mother who just lost her father and my brother, and a gift for my wife who just lost her father as well. Very sentimental gifts, that I can now no longer gift them. Highly disappointed and upset. Save yourself the time and do not order from this website.

Do not do business with this company. They sent me broken and damaged merchandise, shipped it in a plastic bag and all the items were in crushed boxes, with shabby packaging, and broken glass. They promised to replace, and they lied. Approximately 25 aggravating emails were sent back and forth, as I tried to get this matter properly resolved. I was royally ripped off and you will be to if you do business and have problems with your order. If it was possible to rate them even lower, I would!
I bought a spotify keychain for my boyfriend for his birthday. The photo is warped, it's made with the cheapest plastic and came with scratches all over it. You can barely see the text on it. The shipping was also dissatisfactory as they don't update their system. Very disappointed in this company. Don't bother wasting your money here.

I purchased a set of Car Seat covers as per the description. Only one arrived despite the picture showing 2 and the description says Car Seat Covers (plural), and who would only order 1 anyway? When I contact Customer service, I was told if I wanted 2, I should have ordered 2! I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING 2 AS PER YOUR DESCRIPTION! All your apologises do not solve my problem. I ordered two dozen pairs of slides from Soufeel and, while they aren't the best, they are certainly good enough. Here are a few key points.
1. Many of my friends say they're uncomfortable. I wouldn't say they are uncomfortable but there's certainly no cushy bottom.
2. They are really silly. Everyone loves the picture I added to the slides.
3. The shoe sizes are a bit off and the picture you want it might be a bit off the frame so err on the side of adding more picture than less.
All around I'd say their business is a great idea with a mediocre follow through.
