I ordered the picture lamp, when I received it, it was broken, I've emailed Soul Gifts several times, no response. No phone number listed anywhere.
Me: USPS shows no movement for Tracking Number: ******* (numbers changed) Please advise.
Soufeel: Your item did not pass the quality control process, so we were remaking it, which caused the delay. Your order was shipped on February 23rd.
Me: Your website says: "2021-02-16 16:56:28 Your parcel has left for Transit Warehouse in New Jersey, USA. It should arrive there in 2-4 business days." How did it not pass the quality control process AFTER it was shipped?.

I ordered a gift for Valentine's and paid for the expedited shipping so i can get it on time as they advertised it. Days passed and they still didn't prepared my Order so knowing that i won't get it in time I asked them to cancel. Every time the replied please wait and said no please cancel. I submitted cancel request 3 time and they just ignored it. I emailed them multiple times and they kept saying your order will be ready soon like i am asking for an update i was asking to cancel. After 8 days they said oppps sorry you order is ready now so we can't cancel. Then i was ok so at least refund my expedited shipping fees as it's already 3 days after Valentine's. They still didn't answer me and i kept following up. 8 days after Valentine's and after ignoring 5 emails from me they emailed and said oh it's too late it was shipped. This is stealing in the modern world. Ignore the customer because they already have the money and they will just keep it and there is nothing you can do about it. The worst experience i ever had with any online shopping. This was so frustrating and so wrong. Never ever again i will buy anything from the.

Definitely will NEVER be ordering from this company again. I ordered a custom wallet card. I placed my order on 2/1/2021, money was taken IMMEDIATELY, order was "Confirmed" on 2/2/2021 and no other progress/notes/notification has been made since. Site states processing/Shipping time to be 7-10 business days; Here we are 14 business days later and NOTHING! I contacted customer services where I had to get a run around the automated responses before I could finally send an email to the "Live Customer Service Agents" that had to respond to my email at a later time? When I finally did get a response they said the same thing the site said, "Your order is currently in production and monitoring process.". With no other explanation as to why it was taking so long. Then when I went to cancel the order, they still want you to pay 30% of the cost. This place is a joke with very horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would!

I accidentally ordered an item and straight away messaged to request cancellation and that it doesn't go into production and requested a refund. Then I got an automatic reply that someone will be in touch 24-48 hours. Fair enough at this point. Then 9 days later someone replies saying is in production and now would cost 30% restocking fee. I have contested this and said please can it be refunded about 5 times now, still no answer.
Avoid it this company, if they can't even be bothered to reply for basic customer service, then that shows how much they value you.

I made my purchase for 2 items on January 19th. Both items had and still show a 6-8 day processing time to make. They were also advertising on their site at the time of my order "guaranteed delivery by Valentine's day". I placed my order and purchased expedited shipping to be sure it would arrive in time. When I track my order it says it is expected to ship out on February 25th (37 days after I placed my order). I emailed the company several days ago letting them know that I would like to cancel my order since It has already been (at that time) 21 days and since my order is not expected to ship until the 25th it obviously has not been made. They finally got back to me to let me know that they can not cancel my order but once it finally does ship on the 25th they will refund me 10% of my order. The items I bought were obviously Valentine's gifts and I went an purchased new gifts for Valentines day. These gifts will arrive well after Valentine's Day and I am not planning on holding until next year. They are not the types of things I can turn into a Birthday gift. I am filing a chargeback on my credit card since they will not just cancel my order and refund me. Do not waste your time with them.

I placed an order for custom boxer briefs for my boyfriend on January 19,2021 and my card was charged immediately but I still have received no confirmation email, no tracking information, and cannot contact ANYONE for customer service help. I placed an order for custom items for gifts that said 3-5 day production, then I paid for the 3-5 day shipping, giving my items plenty of time to arrive before Valentine's Day (February 14). Initially my order said that they would ship on February 8, but when that day arrived and I checked my order status, it changed to not shipping until the end of February. All of my attempts to contact customer service have not been answered, other than one email in French that simply asked if I was satisfied or dissatisfied - no other information or response to my inquiry. Their website states that they are out of New York, but that is clearly not the case. Very disappointed and still not sure if I will ever receive my order... or even a response from the company about my order.
